My first introduction to Amazon was when I heard that the Anaconda featured in movies was found only in Amazon. Not only anaconda but many animals that you have not heard or seen are found in Amazon. And not only animals but also many types of trees and plants are found in the Amazon which can not be seen anywhere. If sources are to be believed, The Amazon is one of Earth's last refuges for jaguars, harpy eagles, and pink river dolphins, and it is home to sloths, black spider monkeys, and poison dart frogs. It contains one in 10 known species on Earth, 40,000 plant species, 3,000 freshwater fish species, and more than 370 types of reptiles. Over 2,000 new species of plants and vertebrates, including a monkey that purrs like a cat, have been described since 1999. These figures are based on documents only. Because it has been believed that no one has been able to search Amazon completely. And if we consider it, these figures can be even bigger. When research is done on Amazon, different species of trees, plants, and animals emerge. If this fact is taken into consideration, there are many such mystery burials in Amazon, which no one knows about.

I wrote A Day in the Life for a weekly short story contest. The contest's theme was Pomposity. Readers voted for the short story that they thought best exemplified the theme. I won that contest. Here is a day in the life of a pompous man, Ernie Barker.

Lucy Gordon has had it rough,but nothing stops her from thinking about her cocky,ignorant, billionaire neighbor, Nathan Storm. I try to ignore this pompous, irritating, good looking man. When she hits a really rough patch,who goes to save the day no other than NATHAN STORM. He is gorgeous,sexy,cocky and rich with everything within his reach but, what his neighbor Lucy doesn't know is that he's damaged and the more time he spends with Lucy he slowly heals. With secrets from their pasts will that be able to hold down their fort or will it crumble?

Princely and Royal (Pompous and Spoiled) Intro/Description: “Must you do this, mother! I don’t even want to be matched up like this! Just stop, it’s annoying and stupid.” She rolled her eyes. “I’m so sorry, Your Highness, my daughter is not feeling well, and must be having some slight delusions. She is usually much more behaved and would be honoured to be spoken to by the prince of our land,” my mother practically begged apologetically. She stood up taller and addressed the whole crowd, “A message to y’all from the kingdom of common sense, YOU WILL NEVER CONVINCE SOMEONE TO MARRY A GIRL THROUGH PURE SUGAR COATING, you too mother. You know how much I hate being here and yet you force my hand! I do not plan on staying in this portion of the room for any longer than necessary.” The fuming girl declared in a loud defiant voice. ------------ Lady Britalia, more known as Talia, is the daughter of a duke and lady, but she is so done with it. She would love nothing more than to spend the day curled up in bed with a book, or practicing knife throwing at portraits of pompous ladies she has grown to dislike. So what if you get to be called a “lady,” you have to be dragged to these god awful parties in ball gowns and jewelry that drag you down into the floor. Then there’s Prince Jonathan. Talia knows absolutely nothing about him, therefore cannot judge his character, but cannot stand the crowds of ladies and mothers vying for his attention, trying to match him up with their daughters. Unfortunately, that includes her mother. Doesn’t life suck for a lady. “God, I am surrounded by fools.”

This is a story about love, hatred and betrayal. . . . Immediately I saw her, I knew she was mine. I decided to make her mine. "What if she is married? " I thought. This is gonna be a big problem. I must know about her. I called one of my trusted men and I told him to give me vital information about her in less than two hours. I know you would be wondering how, but with the help of my friend Adam who was there when I saw her. He was able to stalk her to know where she is living. I can't seem to take her off my mind. It looks like she is the one controlling it. This is becoming frustrating. I only saw her once and I can't seem to take her away from my imagination. The famous billionaire needs a particular girl, I can't believe it. Girls are dying to be with me and I only want a girl I barely knows. This is serious. Not quite long, a message beeped on my phone and I saw that it was some vital information about her, I mean my girl. How sweet. Yeah!! She is not married. "Miss, get ready to become mine" I said happily. ********** This is a story about a girl called haleemah . She is despised by her family. She's always tortured by the people she call her family. Haleemah was able to fall in love with her classmates . But fate prevailed when ... A boy named Yusuf world famous billionaire live is whole life loving haleemah and he is determined to get her by her will or by force . Read the story to know what would happen to her. Based on an OTP prompt by amitymikey. Danny unknowingly meet his favorite author while he is wandering through a bookstore. And this author may or may not want something more than a passing compliment.

The only historical structure can be seen from space. Yes, I am talking about the Great wall of China. A Chinese-American astronaut Leroy Chiao took a photograph of the great wall from the International Space Station. There is no personal right of any king or a dynasty on the making of 21,196 km of the great wall. The first emperor of unified China "Qin Shi Huang" ordered the making of a great wall around 220 B.C. to protect China against attacks from the north. After the Qin Dynasty, Bei Qi Kingdom, Sui Dynasty, Tang Dynasty, Song Dynasty, Mongol be part of making this wall. Later the Ming Dynasty play an important role in making the great wall. The Great Wall of China as it exists today was constructed mainly during the mighty Ming Dynasty around 1368-1644. Besides the kings and dynasty, there are so many facts are you have to know about this wall. We have tried to put some important stories and facts related to this wall in the magazine. And it's true that 'You have to give your whole life to know 'The Great Wall'. There are still many important points that have not been included here or to say that it is not possible to explain them in a limited number of pages.
