Two wizards were sent to Middle-Earth along with Gandalf, Saruman, and Radagast. Tolkien never expanded on them, so when I imagined their tale and realized it could be a plausible history for them, I decided to put it on paper and share it with Tolkien enthusiasts!

Diaval has been sent as an emissary to the Great Khan of Rhûn. However, when the Khan and his court find out about his affair with his daughter, Diaval is captured and thrown into the dungeon of the palace. Princess Hala pleads for his life and the Khan decides to give him a choice: take part in the Great Race and win to be free. Lose and he will be cast into the Pit. Refuse and the Khan will throw him in the Pit anyway. Diaval only sees one option but he's sure he and his horse Thorben are able to cross the dreaded desert "Ocean of Fire" and finish first. ✯ My entry for the third round of @GerithorDunedain 's Distant Land Awards.

From the shadowed East he came, where mercy is forgotten and the sword is law. In the distant lands beyond the Sea of Rhûn, the Easterlings raise their sons not with songs, but with steel. Rukil, son of none and heir to nothing, was forged in battle and tempered by cruelty. From childhood he has known only strife, fighting in bloodstained arenas for the amusement of warlords and kings who delight in death. But the winds of the world are shifting. When Rukil crosses paths with one who sees more in him than a blade to be wielded, a long-slumbering purpose stirs in his heart. Drawn westward by fate and fire, he begins a journey that will test the very core of his being. In lands he has only heard of in whispers, he will find friendship, treachery, and a light he thought forever lost. It is a tale of war and of mercy, of ruin and of redemption. Set in the year 3017 of the Third Age, one year before Frodo Baggins sets forth from the Shire, this is the second volume in the Middle-earth Stories.

These are a bunch of poems that I wrote for a collaborative fanfic entitled Whispers in the East, the sequel to The Threat of Angmar, written by myself, Chouju X and Eliza May Tyto. These are all poems I wrote for our fanfic, so as you can guess, they are all about Lord of the Rings and Middle Earth.

What do you do when the Universe turns out to be a malicious clerk and hands you a medi-cal death sentence with an impending expiration date? Zoriana has no intention of fainting in a doctor's arms or waiting for anyone's pity. She packs comfortable shoes, her heaviest sarcasm, and moves straight to Velaris. Her plan is brilliant in its simplicity: hole up in the Velaris library, scare off anyone who tries to get close to her, and count down the days to the end in absolute, holy peace. After all, the City of Starlight is the easiest place to hide your own fading. The problem is that in the Fae world, nothing-and certainly not dying-can be simple. Instead of isolation, her icy indifference and sharp tongue have the exact opposite effect. Before Zoriana even manages to shelve her first encyclopedia, she has the three most power-ful, stubborn men of two worlds on her hands, who absolutely refuse to acknowledge the word "no": • Rhysand - the High Lord who treats her resistance as a personal challenge to his inflated ego. • Azriel - the Silent Spymaster whose murderous shadows suddenly demand the com-pany of an ordinary mortal. • Ruhn Danaan - the Prince of Midgard, who devoutly believes that an illegal motor-cycle, neon lights, and breaking the rules will cure any ailment. Zoriana prepared for death. She did not, however, prepare for a testosterone-fueled circus, immortal aristocrats with no self-preservation instinct, and a court that will do anything to drag her into their lives. Only, how do you defend yourself against feelings when, with every tick of the clock, you have less and less sun left? This story is a non-profit fanfiction written solely for entertainment purposes. They were sent to save the East. They were told not to rule it. Two Wizards - Maiar of Valinor clothed in mortal flesh - journey beyond the maps of the West into lands Tolkien left uncharted. There they find not a wilderness awaiting rescue but a civilization with its own wars, its own wisdom, and its own reasons to distrust powerful strangers. When they light a blue flame as a beacon of hope, it becomes something else: a symbol, then a shrine, then the heart of a faith they never meant to found. One Wizard believes the mission demands power. The other believes it demands restraint. Both are right. Neither wins. The Blue Fire is a novel of Middle-earth's forgotten corner - a story of friendship that becomes complicity, compassion that becomes tyranny, and the thin, vanishing line between lighting a fire and becoming one.
