It's a story of a complicated love that blossomed from the typical arrange marriage between two rich families.

Each of Mr. Kim's daughters has to be wedded to the sons of the families he was indebted to in the past. It was a promise he and his deceased wife made that has to be fulfilled at all cost.

The daughters refused to be engaged to someone they do not love and yet chose to in the end, after their beloved father pleaded them to grant him a favor.
