He was cursed with this ability at birth, and has been the subject of experiments constantly in order for The National Time Watch Association. When he finds a window of opportunity finally comes, he makes his escape to 1920 to hide. There, he meets her, the only other human he's met so far with an ability like him. And just like that, he's caught up in not only an history wide chase, but he's keeping up with her on various dates. The only thing is, they can't use their true identities, or else they could end it messing up history as it is.
