Jorge Blanco is a father of two sons Ethan who is six and Joshua who is four, but he finds it hard to be there for his sons while working full time at his business firm called Blanco's Companies since he always comes home late and hasn't had time for anything else. 
Ruggero and Candelaria suggest to Jorge to maybe find a governess for the boys that way they wouldn't be back and forth as their mother passed away. 
This brings Martina Stoessel into the Blanco residence, she is 22 years old and a Governess for extra cash but also because she loves children especially since she has one daughter a month old at home called Maria so really, she does this job for her also.
