Dani Ross is a sixteen year old girl, who's perfect world consists of being cast as the lead in her school's musical, and dating Oliver West, the quarterback and hottest guy on the football team. But Dani's world is far from perfect. Instead of playing the lead in her school musical she gets cast as the understudy, and Oliver West has no idea she even exists. Just as luck is finally on her side, she meets the musically gifted Dylan, who she immediately bonds with.
