Regulus Black has a big secret. He has been pretty good at keeping said secret, you know, a secret. It's even costed him his health a few too many times in order to do so.

In which, Regulus Black has Cystic Fibrosis, a condition in which his body generates more mucus than required which can end up killing him. And he's getting worse.
