Belle Stocks used to be on top of the world.  By the age of sixteen she was a famous ballerina with loving parents and older brother.  She had the perfect boyfriend, well that is until she learned he was cheating on her.  With that, her world world crumbled.  One traumatic car wreck, caused by her cheating boyfriend, left her mom dead and Belle in a coma for six weeks.  Only one thing woke her out of that coma; Niall Horan's  audition for the X Factor.
