"You, how dare you..."
Namjoon pulled away and looked at Yoongi, who stared at him with aversion.
The elevator doors were open, but he had been too caught up in the moment to realize that they had unfurled what was going on inside the enclosed space.
"It's not what you think."
"Oh, is it now, Mister Know-it-all?" Yoongi remarked, sarcasm laced in his tone. "Tell me what's going on then, huh?"
"I..." For the first time, Namjoon was at a loss for words. He was unable to suffice any explanation for what Yoongi had seen.
"Well?"
The leader managed to mumble a little apology, but Yoongi was hearing none of it.
"I didn't know you could act so immaturely," he scoffed. "You're coming with me to the studio, we're going to talk about all this with the rest of the members."
"But—"
"You don't have a say in this, we should have talked about this a long time ago."
Namjoon studied the older man's eyes. Upon seeing the seriousness in his expression, he exited the elevator.
Suddenly remembering the other party in the box-shaped area, he turned around.
"I...I apologize for what happened. My emotions took control of me."
Yoongi averted his gaze to you and observed how horrified you appeared. Great job, Namjoon, you surprised the heck out of her.
"Y-Yeah, I'm fine. I just...I need to...you know..." you murmured, your words inaudible to the men in front of you.
Obviously, you weren't fine, but you were so used to saying you were okay even if you weren't. That didn't mean that you could hide the emotions written all over your face, though.
Namjoon looked away from you, regretting the straightforward move he just pulled a while ago.
"I'm just gonna go if that's alright."
"Yeah, go ahead," Namjoon replied softly.
The doors closed once again, and you pressed the button to bring yourself down to the ground level.
Your mind was blank from what happened with Namjoon. You had no idea what you were supposed to think.
You were feeling overwhelmed by the many emotions you were experiencing and decided to squat for a while.
This is a nightmare, isn't it? Maybe if I pass out, everything'll be back to normal, right?
You winced after pinching your forearm. So this isn't just a bad dream.
Sighing, you looked up at the ceiling of the elevator. What am I supposed to do now?
Subsequently, you heard your phone ring. Bringing it out of your pocket, you checked the called ID.
You brought the gadget close to your ear while smiling slightly. "Hey, Yugyeom."
"Wow, noona, we haven't talked in aaages."
You laughed at his exaggeration. "Aren't you busy?"
"Yeah, but even so, I would make time to talk to you. Noona just needs to give me a call."
You looked down at your lap. "Sorry about that, I'm just...I don't know..."
Switching to a more serious tone, Yugyeom replied "Is something wrong, noona?"
