Chapter 3

[TAE POV]

I came outside to the rooftop to get some fresh air and clear my head a little and start planning on what to do next. I can't stay away from the pack for a long time especially now that I might become the alpha soon. I was thinking about what to do next when my phone rang. I looked to see that it was Jimin.

TAE: What do you want?

JM: Wow, the level of disrespect---

TAE: I repeat, what do you want?

I heard him sigh.

JM: Jaesung was here.

TAE: WHAT?!

Jung Jaesung, the alpha of the dusk pack. He is by far the most annoying person I have come across in my life. The dusk pack isn't a very respected pack because of them having a terrible leader and the pack's full of jerks. They find rogue wolves, especially women, and use them and sometimes even go to the extent of killing them and leaving their bodies as signs of warning. I hated him, for good reason and he hated me, but he hated my father more than he hated me. Some old history between the two, which I still don't know about.

TAE: Tell me everything that happened.

JM: Not much, thankfully.

TAE: Did they get into a fight?

JM: No they didn't, he actually came to see you.

TAE: To see me? Why did he want to see me?

JM: Umm, you know, something about congratulating you for turning 18.

TAE: And?

JM: What do you mean and? That's it.

TAE: This is Jaesung we're talking about, he must've added something else.

JM: He said, umm that, after you're done, umm uhh, I umm.

TAE: Jimin. Stop doing whatever the hell you're doing and just tell me.

JM: Okay, he said that after you're done mating with your luna, leave some for him---

I cut the call, closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I let out a guttural scream and kicked the railing. I heard a loud gasp and turned around to see Y/N, my eyes widened and I quickly caught her before she could run away and pinned her to the wall. Being so close to her was making me feel all sorts of things but I tried ignoring that and come up with a good excuse.

Y/N: I didn't mean to spy on you, I just came to get some fresh air, I don't think you're an alien, I won't tell anyone about what I saw, please don't kill me---

I cut her off by placing my finger on her lips, Oh my god I want to kiss her so bad, control Tae, control.

TAE: Alien?

Y/N: I mean umm, you see---

TAE: You don't need to explain. You're right.

Y/N: You're really an alien?!

I chuckled, and tried not to smile when I saw her blush. Let's have a little fun. Hehe, sorry Y/N.

TAE: I'm not an alien, but I'm definitely not human either.

Y/N: Then, w-what are y-you?

I leaned in and whispered in her ear.

TAE: Grim Reaper.

I moved back and bit my lips trying not to laugh at her expression. She looked so scared and she was frozen and she looked like she was about to cry.

Y/N: What do you mean?
