I've passed by many eyes , but I get lost in yours ↻ yoonmin

Staring at a sleepy Jimin, Yoongi might have to add it to his newly found hobby list. It's one of those days where he thanks himself that he's an early riser, because of that he gets to stare at Jimin's angelic features for a little longer.

He's been awake for a while and knowing the kind of person he is, Yoongi would prefer to do something productive instead of just laying in the bed. But for Jimin he's even ready to defy his own rules.

Their bodies are snuggled up so close that Yoongi can feel the baby's movement against his own body. 

" Hey little bean. You're awake." 

He directs his eyes towards the baby bump, speaking in a hushed tone.

" You should sleep more and let your papa rest too." 

There is no movement for a while making Yoongi believe that the baby calmed down but he just came to a conclusion way too soon. This time the little bean responded with much higher energy, making Yoongi smile.

The sudden kicks must have awakened Jimin , because now he's staring at Yoongi with a raised brow.

" Sorry. Did we wake you up ?" 

His voice is deep and husky in the morning.

" I was just having a little talk with this bean." The baby kicks again as if trying to testify for the older. They both stare at each other , smiling with their eyes.

" Good morning, hyung." 

Jimin snuggles closer to Yoongi, purring happily at the overflowing warmth that radiates from Yoongi's body.

" Morning, sleepyhead." 

He runs his finger over his shiny lucious hairs. 

" You're warm." 

Jimin whispers against Yoongi's sturdy chest. His hot breaths striking against it.

" 5 more minutes." 

He closed his eyes once again, the alpha's oceanic scent making him feel like he was at a beach.

" Let's get up now." 

Yoongi rubs his hand over his hair before getting out of the bed. 

Jimin pouts a little at the lack of warmth but he gets up nonetheless. The house is way too silent than expected, Yoongi knocks on the door of the guest room. He finally opens it after receiving no answer. 

" They're not here." 

Yoongi announces coming back to the living room. He walks towards the kitchen to grab a glass of water.

" Maybe they left." 

Jimin answers from the living room. 

Yoongi hums while passing Jimin the warm water. He accepts it with a sweet smile. Yoongi has always thought how his house seemed so empty but now that he's here with Jimin it feels more like a home, just by his mere presence. 

He watches Jimin rubbing his eye furiously.

" What's wrong ?"

" I think there's something in my eyes." 

Yoongi places his cup down, leaning over to Jimin's face. He cups his face in between his hands blowing lightly on his eye.

" Jimin we are- OH SHIT !" 

The sudden screech made Yoongi retort back from Jimin. There in front of him are Jungkook and Taehyung, Jungkook with his big doe eyed expression and Taehyung covering his eyes with his hands.

Yoongi and Jimin exchange a quick look before looking back at their friends.

" What's wrong ?" 

Yoongi is clearly confused by their reactions. 

" I'm sorry we just got the timing wrong. We'll come back later. You guys carry on please." Taehyung turns around, ready to leave, dragging a dazed Jungkook with him.

" Tae wait -" 

Jimin shouts behind them but they are already gone. 

"Guess they misunderstood." 

Yoongi shrugs his shoulders, already sitting back on the couch.

" I would need to make some changes after coming back here." 

The house seems so different to him now. It just seems like an unknown place to him now.

" Oh.. you have to come back." Jimin whispers to himself , feeling upset on even thinking about it. 

" What did you say ?" 

Jimin was hoping the older wouldn't pay attention to that but he already knows that Yoongi is a keen observer.

" I just asked when will you go back." 

He wraps his hand nervously around the cup of water which has evenly gotten cold.

" Mm probably the day when you give birth." The sentence hangs an awkward silence between them, the room is silent except for their heavy breathings.

" It still has around one or two months though." He tries to cheer the younger up once he looks at his expression. 

Jimin nods, hiding his pain with a fake smile. He was living his life perfectly fine before Yoongi entered, he never needed anyone to rely on before that. He never wanted to be the typical omega who needs an alpha but look at him now. 7 months later he could feel his inner omega begging the alpha to stay. 

He doesn't know why he's even feeling like that, it's not like they're even mates or lovers. They're just friends... who are having a baby together. Nothing out of the ordinary.

He looks at Yoongi, his face resting in a calm expression. Does Yoongi feel like him too ? Or maybe he was nothing but a burden to him for the past months. Their relationship is based on give and take. Once he has his baby in his arms, their relationship will end. It's nothing more than that.

He looks down at his belly, swollen in a perfectly round shape, indicating that his baby is growing well and healthy. 

" Papa really wants to meet you." 

He whispers once Yoongi disappears back in the room. 

" I really want to meet you... But , can you stay there a little while longer ?" 

He just wants to have Yoongi by his side a little longer. He wants to feel his warmth for a little longer. He wants to inhale his oceanic scent for a little longer. He wants to sleep in his arms for a little longer. He wants to feel loved.... just for a little longer.

Even if this all is a facade, he'd like it to last, just a little bit longer...

The next chapter would be like a flashback of Jimin and Yoongi's younger days. I just want to write them as two teenagers who actually like each other but are too oblivious of their feelings 😭
