Jimin stands there in the center of the crowd looking so small. He holds Haru near to his chest, continuously wiping the tears off his eyes. When he feels a hand goes up his back he jumps back a little but when he notices that it was Yoongi, he let himself fall into his arms.
" Hyung, wanna go home." If he wasn't holding Haru in his arms right now he'd have collapsed the moment he saw Sang hyun. But it was all because of his baby that gave him strength to fight his dark past.
" Let's go." Yoongi pulls Jimin closer to his side, helping him cover from the crowd. They walk back to the car like that, Jimin's body a little shaken up from all the de trop event.
He finally regains his normal breathing after stepping into the car. Yoongi fills the air around them with his comforting pheromones in hope of calming the younger.
" Jimin ah." " I'm sorry for not coming earlier." He places his hand on Jimin's thigh, making the younger look back at him. Although the tears has stopped flowing down from his eyes, the terrified expression still sits there heavily.
Jimin glimpes at his son. Haru tries his best to make him smile, it's like he could sense what Jimin was feeling. " H-he was going to hurt Haru." After a long period of silence , Jimin finally speaks up after feeling himself calm down.
Yoongi doesn't know what to say, he can't do anything to share the pain that Jimin has gone through because of Sang hyun , but he for sure knows one thing that he's going to give everything and anything to make Jimin's future full of happiness.
" Jimin ah, look at me." It's just a matter of second before Jimin follows and look back at him. He's a bit hesitant, maybe a little afraid of Yoongi judging him, he knows the older would never do that but his inner conscience is eating him up inside.
" I'm so proud of you. I saw the way you took stand for yourself and protected our son. Haru would be so happy to see that his papa finally came over his fear." Yoongi's eyes shine with proudness. Hearing Yoongi's world fill Jimin up with confidence.
" Y-you're proud of me ?" " Yes baby. What you did take a lot of courage and I'm so happy that you were able to speak for yourself." He cups Jimin's little face, his hands hovering over the dried tear stains. " You're so strong baby. So, so strong." He's fighting through his own tears. But this time they are happy tears.
" You're my strong omega. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise." Jimin is his omega and no one dare to say a word against him or he'll make sure to make them see the end.
Yoongi may not be a violent person, but if it's about Jimin or Haru he's willing to kill or to be killed.
" Let's go now, I've a surprise for you." He laces his free hand with Jimin and uses the other to start the car. " Surprise ?" It surely made Jimin's mood a little lighten up on the mention of surprise. " You'll see when we get there." He gave his hand a little squeeze before continuing to drive off.
It didn't take them much longer than a quarter to reach Yoongi's house. Jimin was expecting Yoongi to drop him off at his own house, not to bring them to his house without any notice. He thinks this has something to do with the surprise that the older mentioned earlier so he didn't say anything in opposition.
Maybe he just have prepared an indoor date like last time, yeah that has to be it. Keeping that thought in his mind he walks inside, hoping to see a candlelight room or something romantic like that. But in contrast to that the room looks a bit messy and untidy.
Yoongi blushes in embarrassment, running to make the place a bit presentable. " It's not usually this messy, I was just in a bit of hurry this morning." That's not the truth both Jimin and Yoongi knows that. Yoongi tends to misplace things whenever he's focused on work and Jimin always had to clean his mess for him.
" It's okay." Jimin tries to reassure him, trying to ease him by a bit. " You can sit here. I'll bring you a glass of water." Jimin eyes the whole house, it surely gives a different vibe than the day he was here before. It looks a bit more lively.
" Do you like it ? It's your dad's house." He just remembered that it was the first time Haru was visiting Yoongi's house. The baby sure seems to smile more than usual, perhaps it's because of the house smelling like Yoongi's comforting scent or just maybe because of Yoongi's presence.
Yoongi places the glass in front of Jimin and himself take a seat next to him. " Haru ah, do you like the house ?" He talks to him in his sweet calming voice, that is different from his usual deep voice. The baby mumbles some incoherent words, even though it's hard to understand what he said he's sure he liked it.
" I wanna show you something." He grabs Jimin's by his wrists, gently pulling him upto one of the many rooms.
Jimin hurriedly places the glass back before following behind Yoongi. They stop in front of a closed door. If he correctly remembers, this was the room where they held his baby shower. Even seeing the door right now brings those happy memories back. Yoongi gave him a mischievous smile before he unlocks the door.
