"Okay, I'll have to admit. Ya really are hard to beat." Raph says as he pants on the ground. Today's extra training sessions - which they do without anyone knowing since they practice after everyone is sound asleep - are with him, and Y/n had just threw him over her shoulder. Despite the fact that they are pretty heavy due to their shells, it doesn't look like she has a hard time to pull out moves like that.

Training with Raph means no ninjutsu mandatory, which means, she can go all out against him. And since he's a hot-head who always charges first in a fight, knowing other martial arts should give him and the team more advantage.

Anyways, she chuckles before helping him up. "You aren't that easy to beat either."

"Oh, yeah? Then how come I can't beat ya?"

"You're lacking a few specific techniques."

"What the heck am I lackin'?"

"You rely a lot on your own strength when you can use your opponent's strength against them."

"Like what?"

She smirks and gives a few steps back before turning around and getting into a fighting stance. "Charge." He smirks. "Ya don't have to say it twice." He charges at her full speed. But when he's about to strike, she grabs his arm, bends down, grab his leg as her shoulder slams against his private area and she uses the momentum to make him fall face first on the ground.

He groans in pain, but she only giggles at him. "Let me make myself clearer. You use your opponent's strength against them, but not like you should. Try using their weight against them as well. Also, you can't forget the momentum of the attack. The greater the momentum, the harder you'll hit them and the harder they'll fall."

He raises a thumbs up as he groans, and she only laughs at him. "Come on, let me pay you for that." She says as she offers him a hand.

"And how are ya plannin' on doin' that?"

"Dinner's on me. Extra portion for you."

"... Deal." He says before grabbing her hand and letting his body lean on hers as she helps him exit the dojo. Once on the living room, she sets him on the couch. "I'll be right back with an ice pack."

"M'kay." He says before she walks off. He stares at her. She's a good person alright. But he, like the others, wonder what happened to her so she would have those scars. Leo said that he tried touching the issue, but that only drove her away.

Raph, on the other hand, and surprisingly enough, knew better than to put salt on a wound. He himself had his own problems that he doesn't want anyone to know about them, so he could understand her point of view. He could understand why she didn't want to talk about what happened.

But heck, not even Splinter would mention what they talked about when they met. Guess it was to keep her privacy. After all, she has that right, and the others have no right to get their noses into things that are none of their business.

Then again, Raph knows how that feels, so out of the four, he was the only one that held himself back on touching the issue. Besides, why wouldn't he? For the first time in his life he trusts a human without knowing much about them. And that alone is enough to keep his mouth shut. Now, he only wonders how long will it take until they've pushed her too far? Also, who would do it? On his mind, he had set his bet on both Donnie and Mikey. But let's be frank, most of it was on Mikey.
