SCP 308 (Minecraft SCP AU)

Chapter 68 (A gossip and muffins)

Joffrey has been working for days without having a rest. He thinks how to relax himself and he decides to take a walk. As he goes out from his office, Dream passes by with a6d.

Dream- "Good morning, sir. How was your day?"

Joffrey- "Stressful sadly. Might take a walk for some fresh air. How about you?"

Dream- "Ooh... Sorry that happened to you. I also happened to do the same thing as you. Taking a walk."

Joffrey- "Ah I see. Oh hey SCP 308, didn't you see you there."

Joffrey pats a6d's head and he makes happy noises. Joffrey smiles as he looks down to a6d's chest fluff on the neck.

Joffrey- "Is it alright if I touch his chest fluff? I don't want him to be angry...."

Dream- "It's fine. We did that a lot and he enjoys it. He makes purring sounds if you do that."

Joffrey slowly put his hand on a6d's chest fluff on the neck. He gently touched it and rubs it. A6d purrs as Joffrey's hand softly rub it. A6d suddenly jumps on him and hugs tightly.

Joffrey- "Oh...."

Dream- "It's fine. It means he likes you."

Joffrey slowly wraps his arms around him and pats his head gently. And makes purring noises until Dream slowly unattached him from Joffrey.

Dream- "Sorry...."

Joffrey- "It's fine, anyways let's go outside."

Dream, a6d, and Joffrey go outside and say their goodbyes. They go to different directions. As Joffrey looks back, he sees a6d got lifted up by Dream and Dream walks with a6d in his hands. A6d lies his head on Dream's shoulder and sees Joffrey standing there. A6d smiles and waves at him. Joffrey waves back and goes for his walk.

As Joffrey walks, he passes by 2 people talking in their table. They speak in French but luckily Joffrey knows French from Denver.

Joffrey- (Thoughts) "I swear I'm going to thank Denver for this."

(A/N: ah yes some Fresh language 👁👄👁. If I make mistake, please let me know.)

Person #1- "Hé, avez-vous entendu parler de la famille qui a deux membres étranges de la famille?"
(Hey have you heard about the family who has 2 weird family members?).

Person #2- "On les appelle des créatures SCP.  Une fille et le père.  Malheureusement, la ville doit garder le secret.'
(They're called SCP creatures. One girl and the father. Sadly the town must keep it a secret.).

Joffrey thinks that this will be a good idea to kidnap. He thinks kidnapping the girl who is a SCP creature, just like her dad will be more easier.

Joffrey- "bon après-midi, messieurs.  Je suis désolé d'avoir entendu votre conversation.  Puis-je savoir où se trouvent la fille et le père dont vous avez parlé?"
(good afternoon, gentlemen. I'm sorry that I overheard your conversation. May I know where is the location of the girl and the father you two talked about?).

Person #1- "ah ils sont en ville appelée la ville des arbres légers"
(ah they're in town called light tree town)

Joffrey- "Merci" (Thank you)

Meanwhile with a6d and Dream

Dream- "So.... You like tea?"

Dream asks a6d if he likes tea and a6d nods. He keeps sipping his tea. Dream keeps observing a6d which a6d doesn't mind. He trusts Dream.

Dream- "Wanna go somewhere?"

A6d just shrugs because he doesn't know what to do next. A6d finishes his tea and Dream lifts him up. They walk down the street until they stop in front of a muffin shop. A6d sees muffin and wags his tail.

Dream- "You want one?"

A6d nods and Dream buys the muffin. A6d is waiting outside, wagging his tail as he looks at the muffins.

Dream- "How much for 4 muffins?"

Cashier- "It's 4 Euros."

Dream- "Here's the money."

Cashier- "Thank you. Can I ask one question if you don't mind?"

Dream- "Anything."

Cashier- "Who is that?"

Dream looks what the cashier means. He sees that the cashier points it to a6d who is still wagging his tail.

Dream- "Oh that's SCP 308."

Cashier- "Oh I don't know why but he looks familiar.."

Dream- "What do you mean?"

Cashier- "14 years ago, a kid named a6d got taken away by the governor. Well Denver is dead now. But I don't know how I feel like I met him somewhere..."

Dream- "Ma'am, that's a6d."

Cashier looks shocked as she heard the name. The kid who got take away 14 years ago was somehow alive. She gives 2 extra muffins inside the bag and gives it to Dream.

Cashier- "I put 2 extra muffins inside. He should eat. Anyways can I know the information about him? I'm just curious since the last 14 years, he changed a lot."

Dream- "Well he keeps his name, a6d but he's also okay with SCP 308. His height is like 4 feet 7 inches or 4'7 with mental capacity of 4 years old. His age is 19. He doesn't speak much, he's selective mute. He only talks if he wants to but most of time he doesn't."

Cashier- "I remember my friend who was his mom told me everything about him. Anyways here's the bag."

Dream- "Thank you, see you later."

As Dream heads out, a6d is not there. He looks around to find him and starts to panic. He looks around the street until he sees him, chilling on the tree. Dream sighs in relief.

Dream- "Come on buddy, get down from there."

A6d jumps on him and lies his head on Dream's shoulder. Dream holds him so he won't fall. A6d uses his tail to hold the bag of muffins.

Dream- "Do you want to go back or you still wanna walk around?"

A6d makes hand gestures that he still wants to walk around. He hasn't see the outside world. He wants to know how it changes for 14 years. Dream walks until they reach the park. It's a park where a6d met his brother in ghost form.

Dream- "Alright bud, you can play."

Dream put a6d down on the ground and sits on the bench with the bag of muffins. A6d being a happy boy feels excitement inside him. He rolls on the grass, chasing butterflies, running around, and climbing trees.

Dream- "Man this buddy sure is energetic."

They stay in the park until a6d is tired. He lies down on the grass and pants as his energy has gone. Dream walks up to him and lifts him up. They go back to their workspace.

Dream put down the bag of muffins on the table in his workspace. He sees Bad and Sapnap sleeping. Dream will take care of it. Dream takes a6d a bath and put him on the cat bed to sleep. He cleans himself up since he doesn't want to be dirty. He covers Bad and Sapnap with a blanket.

Dream- "You guys really need a huge break."
