Chapter 35 (Laser experiment)

I'm at my workspace with Dream and Sapnap. The governor gives us the paper that is translated to English since none of us understand French. We thought if we could ask SCP 308 because he's French but I realized he's muted, not an active speaker.

BadBoyHalo- "The test about SCP 308 looks simple but the governor said he's really hard to be tested on? Let's try it I guess. "

I look at the test that attaches on a clipboard until something caught my eyes. Laser test?

Dream- "Laser test? That's pretty painful... "

BadBoyHalo- "I don't think that's what the test means. It says laser pointer... Do we have laser pointer here? "

I look at the drawer and found a laser pointer. We 3 look at it and each other.

Sapnap- "We're going to use that to SCP 308? "

Dream- "It's a laser pointer though. It's not gonna hurt unless it gets into his eyes. "

We 3 look at SCP 308 and we see that he looks at us with his tail swings side to side slowly. I turn on the laser pointer and a red dot appears. I point the red dot in front of SCP 308 on the floor and he looks at it. I move the red dot side to side and SCP 308 follows. He then pouches the red dot and starts chasing it.

Sapnap- "Alright let me note that for a bit. "

SCP 308 keeps running around the workspace just to chase the red dot. He seems having fun with it. I point the red dot in front of me and he pouches on it. I then turn off the laser pointer and picks up SCP 308.

Dream- "So is there someone ever did this to you before us? "

SCP 308 nods and gets down from my grip. He writes with his...tail...on a dusty table. He writes the person's name, George..... I lift him up as me and Dream look at the name.

BadBoyHalo- "That's the person? "

SCP 308 nods and nuzzles his head on my shoulder. Dream looks at it and looks at me.

Sapnap- "Hey guys, what did I miss? I just finished taking notes. "

Dream- "SCP 308 had someone did this to him before us. He did the laser pointer test. "

BadBoyHalo- "Is he still here? "

SCP 308 nuzzles even more on my shoulder and I could feel his tear. I rub his head to calm him down.

BadBoyHalo- "It's okay it's okay. We are here. It's okay, it's alright. Everything will be okay. "

When I comfort him, he falls asleep and I put him on the cat bed. I ask Sapnap and Dream if there is a blanket and Sapnap runs outside and returns with a blanket. He puts the blanket on SCP 308 and I kiss his forehead.

Dream- "Do you think.... George was the first person....who did this to him? "

BadBoyHalo- "We're going to find out but let him rest. "
