"Yes, you do, it's our annual Christmas Dinner." My mom said while she smooth out my dress.
Like my mother said, it was our annual Christmas dinner party. I usually spend Christmas abroad since they sent me to a private school in Europe, but for some reason they wanted me to spend it with them.
Since my father, who is the CEO of the biggest company here in South Korea, he always held a dinner party to celebrate with his investors and all that jazz for another successful year.
My mom made sure to buy me a VERY nice dress, which I know I was only going to wear one time, and hired someone to do my hair and makeup.

Well she really didn't really buy me the dress, it's custom made by her since she is the CEO of her very own fashion company and brand. (A/n: Y/n is rich rich 💅)
And me? I'm in my last year of High School and I'll be soon going to College in France since I want to become a professional ballet dancer and hopefully soon to be an instructor and own my very own Academy here in Seoul and in other countries.
"Isn't this a bit to much?"
"You look fabulous!"
I looked myself in the mirror, I didn't mind dressing up but there is a line, and me, wearing red lipstick and a dress heels was crossing that line.
"The guess will be here soon! Don't forget to smile!"

Probably an hour has passed since the party began, I was standing next to my mom at the entrance where we were greeting their guests.
My cheeks where hurting from smiling so much and my feet were killing me.
My house was filled with voices, laughter and music, it was a good atmosphere and I was actually enjoying myself.
"Mr. Park! Thank you for coming." My dad said.
"Ah! Mr. Lee, it's nice to see you again. Is this your daughter?" He asked.
"Yes, she's my princess, my little girl."
I began to blush and bowed down, "It's nice to meet, Mr. Park."
"The pleasure is mine."
"Is this your son, Mr. Park?"
"Ah yes! Minhyuk."
I looked beside and saw a boy my age, he was handsome. I felt something in my heart when I saw him. We both made eye contact and everything around us blurred out.
My father's voice was muffled and all I saw was him. He was about to speak up when he was interrupt.
"Mr. Lee! Good to see you! May I take Y/n for a bit?"
Ugh, it was Sooyoung, the boy I've been rejected since the beginning of high school. And for some odd reason, my parents like him.
I felt him tug my wrist and pulled me away, but I looked back. His cheek were red, I smiled at him before I was finally pulled away from the entrance.
"What the hell, Sooyoung!?"
"Come on let's dance." He ignored me and pulled me close to his chest and began to dance a slow song.
"Sooyoung..."
"Just be quiet and dance."

After dinner, the party continued as many people drank and danced, while I was trying to hide from Sooyoung.
I finally was able to take a breather when I stepped out on to my balcony in the hall of the second floor. It was cold but I didn't care. I just couldn't get the boy from earlier out of my head.
Was that love at first sight?
I jumped when I heard the door slide opened, it was the boy.
"Oh, hi." He smiled.
"H-hi."
"I see that your hiding."
"Not really, I just wanted fresh air."
"Mind if I join?"
"Stay as long as you want."
The entire time, we both laughed and talked, liked we knew each other for several years.
It was almost midnight and I began to shiver since I didn't bring a jacket.
"Oh, here."
He took off his jacket and placed it over my shoulders. He was right in front of me and I just looked into his eyes.
"Thanks." I whispered.
"You are beautiful." He whispered back.
I smiled, Minhyuk began to lean in, my first kiss. He placed his hands on my waist and brought me closer to him. Then his lips touched mine, fireworks.
I wrapped my arms around his neck, this felt nice, I was staring to fall for him.
We both pulled, he places his forehead against mine and caressed my cheek with his hand.
"Can I take you on a date?"
"Of course."
"I don't think your parents won't mind on Christmas day."
"They won't."
