She looked at the empty apartment, packing the last box and giving it to the movers she had hired. The room she stood in brought back so many memories, but sadly, she had to leave.
"Y/n..."
Turning to the front door, she saw the 6 members she loved with all your heart. She smiled, a very sad smile, it broke her heart but she was doing what was best for her.
"Here, a goodbye gift." Moonbin said handing you a small plant.
"Or, 'see you soon' gift?" Sanha said.
She chuckled softly and nodded, she had to quit her job as manager, she has decided to pursue her own dreams. She spent almost every minute of her life taking care of the boys she saw grow into men, it hurt her more than ripping off a band aid.
"You didn't need to." She said softly.
Jinjin, being the mature one, he stepped up and wrapped his arms around their best friend. Melting into the hug, Y/n began to cry, she was going to miss them. She pulled back and hugged every single member, tightly. She made sure to give them a last word of encouragement before taking off.
"Before I leave, I just wanted to say thank you for everything, in this folder contains information of the person who will take over my job. I made sure that they are perfect for this job, it's going to be weird for a while but everything will be okay." She said handing the folder to Jinjin.
"Thank you." He said.
The boys noticed how she had a few more boxes left in her room, they offered to take those down to your car, she nodded and smiled. She walked behind them as they began to talk and mess around. Taking one more glance at the apartment, she closed the door and followed behind the boys.
They helped place the boxes in her car, closing the trunk they looked at her. "You still have time? Can we go get something to eat?" Eunwoo asked.
She looked at her watch and nodded, "The café?"
Walking together, they entered the small cafe near her now old apartment, the workers already knowing who they served them right away. They talked and laughed. Forgetting the fact that she was leaving soon. After finishing up, they were able to convince the girl to join them to one more place before she left. The park.
The park by the company where she would always go to look for the members who escape to clear their heads. Like little kids, they played around, tag and hide and seek. They tried not to waste any minute, any second they had left with the person they had grown too attached to.
It was almost late, looking at her watch, it was time to say goodbye. Sadly, the boys walked her back to her car where they noticed the movers already left. Hugging them one more time, she got into her car and drove off.
"Don't look back because you'll never go forward." Jinjin's words echoed in her mind.
This was the end of a chapter, a chapter she loved dearly, she didn't want it to end but it was necessary. Like flipping onto a new chapter, she was ready, ready to see what the world has for her. But she will never forget those 6 boys, who became so important in her life. She will always have them close in her heart.
