A young badger sat on a deserted island, playing with her dolls. She had messy brown hair, dark skin, blue eyes and wore a green shirt with a brown skirt and matching boots.

The badger girl's name was Sticks the badger. She was singing terribly to herself when she herd a familiar voice calling.
"Sti-icks!" Called a high-pitched voice. Sticks pulled a telescope out and looked through it.
"Mermen off the port bow, Ado-robot-200!" She screamed at a small orange robot on the other side of the island. Then, looking back through the telescope, she called to them, "Mario! Noctis! How are you two!?"
"We're cool, Sticks." Noctis replied, "But could you please not scream down my ear?"
"Oh, sorry." She apologised.
"Hello, Sticks," Mario smiled at his badger friend, "We have some Mobian things for you to examine."
"Anything for my fave mermen," Sticks smiled, "Examining and explaining Mobian stuff is how I get my kicks, after all."
Noctis showed Sticks the fork he and Mario found.
"What is this thingy, Sticks?" Noctis asked,
"A dinglehopper," Sticks explained and gave the utensil the description of a hairbrush, saying that "Us Mobians use these to prevent our hair from tangling." And ran it through her short, messy hair. It got caught on a knot and Sticks forced the fork down, untangling said knot.
"And what about this?" Mario asked her, showing her the flute.
"OMG!" Squealed Sticks, taking the flute from Mario's hands, "I haven't seen this in years! It's a flute!"
"Flute?" Both princes asked.
"Yeah," Sticks answered, "You see, boys, back in ancient times, us Mobians had nothing to do than sit around and stare at each other."
"Well, that sounds boring." Mario thought aloud,
"It was. So, my ancestor, Lilly the Badger, invented the flute and used it to create beautiful music."
Mario's eyes widened at those words. How could he have forgotten the concert?
"Ooh, c'mon Noct. If we hurry, we'll be back at the palace for my solo."
So the princes grabbed their items and left Sticks. Mario was wrong, though. He would miss the concert and his dad would be extremely disappointed.
