as a reminder, lee minjun is jungkook, which is how jimin refers to him as here.

Jimin knew tonight was the night he would break Minjun's heart.

It had been a fun two weeks, Jimin couldn't lie. In fact, Minjun had been the one that he'd enjoyed playing around with the most. Minjun had gone from someone who was sullen and moping over his ex-boyfriend to someone like him— a mistake, but how could Jimin blame him? Jimin had made sure to give him everything that he could want from someone. He'd shown Minjun that there was more to life than that ex, making sure that he slowly became Minjun's priority, and it had worked. He had seen the way that Minjun had started to look at him. It wasn't hard to notice.

Slowly, those bunny boy's eyes had started focusing on Jimin more, enough so that Jimin could tell that Minjun was looking for something more from him. They'd exchanged kisses a couple of times, but it had only been through Jimin's willingness and forwardness. The boy hadn't once initiated contact with Jimin, mostly because he was too shy too— Jimin could see it in Minjun's hesitancy every time he stayed over Jimin's penthouse.

For a good reason, too, Jimin knew. Minjun was a heartbroken fellow, but that didn't mean that he wasn't suspicious of Jimin's intentions. There had been many times when Jimin had caught Minjun snooping around his private belongings, almost as if he were trying to piece Jimin's personal life together. Jimin hadn't once confronted Minjun about it, but it made one thing clear.

Lee Minjun was attracted to him.

As Jimin straddled the younger's lap, he smiled, leaving a trail of feverish kisses down Minjun's lips. Minjun squeezed Jimin's waist, grinding against him as he threw his head back, letting out a soft sigh of pleasure as Jimin greedily ran his fingers down Minjun's shirt, pausing momentarily for permission to take it off. Minjun raised his arms, and in one swift motion, Jimin flung the shirt over Minjun's head, latching his lips onto his once more.

"I'm glad you could make it, Jun," Jimin breathed, as his fingers hovered Minjun's pants. "Tonight's been a shit night."

Minjun hummed at the words, his hazel eyes piercing Jimin's with lust. "The dinner you went to wasn't good?"

Jimin plastered a fake smile. "You weren't there. It automatically makes the place I'm at a complete shit show. You'll understand if you ever get into the business life. However, I wouldn't suggest it. It makes finding love a lot harder."

"And is that what we have, Jimin?" Minjun whispered, tucking Jimin's hair behind his ear. Yet another fake smile graced Jimin's lips as his hands moved to caress Minjun's cheeks. He couldn't help but feel himself course with glee at the vulnerability of the question. If Jimin had doubts before, they had all disappeared now.

Lee Minjun was one hundred percent head over heels for Jimin.

Maybe that's why it didn't work with his ex, Jimin thought to himself as his lips wandered over Minjun's slim figure. He fell too easily, and maybe his ex-lover couldn't feel and love him the same way that Minjun did.

It was a bitter feeling, but a triumphant one all the same. Having someone like Minjun at his beck and call had proved useful for Jimin. He almost felt bad that he was going to end up breaking Minjun's heart once more. Minjun had become someone that Jimin had gone from trying to trap to someone Jimin had grown fond of. It wasn't something that Jimin could say he was necessarily proud of, knowing that in a few minutes Namjoon would barge in, feign hurt before Jimin would return dutifully to his side, placing his arms on Namjoon possessively before letting Minjun know that all Jimin had done was purposefully fuck around with his emotions.
