Chapter 7

(Y/n's POV)

Friday has come and I have no energy to put any effort into my looks. I leave my hair down and barely brush it. I didn't feel the need to put on make-up. I got in my uniform and headed to the kitchen. Suga was already there waiting for me. I feel like the days just get slower and slower.

"You're slow today," Suga comments as I sit at the counter. Maybe because I'm waking up two hours earlier than I need. I rest my head in my arms and close my eyes. God, it's too damn early for this shit. I just want to go to sleep.

"I wonder why," I say trying to get comfortable. Suga doesn't even let me. He pulls me off my butt and pushes me to the door. I groan at him and slowly put my shoes on. I grab my bag and head out the door yawning. I flop in the passenger seat and fall asleep almost instantly.

I wake up to the back door closing. I look out the window and see we're not at the school do what the hell. I look in the back seat and see Tobio staring back at me. God damnit Suga! I don't even care to argue. I just face the road again and pout at Suga silently. He noticed me pouting and smirks at me. Asshole really thinks he funny.

"So Kageyama, how was school yesterday?" Suga asked not looking away from the road. Please be a good liar! Tobio I swear to god! Please lie!

"Uh- it was good. Boring," Tobio answered. Thank god. Now the only thing is for Suga to believe him.

"You and (y/n) in the same class right?" Suga asks. Suga please stop asking questions!

"Yep," Tobio responds blankly.

"How is she doing in school?" Suga please stop! Stop acting like I'm not in the seat next to you. Tobio I swear to god if you break I'll break your face.

"Good, she helps me with my notes even." okay. Okay. Keep it up, please!

"That's good. Is she participating in class?" God damnit! Please stop!

"Yep." Tobio lied. Thank the heavens above!

"Good. Anything happen yesterday? I know she said she wasn't feeling the greatest. Did she handle everything okay?" Suga I will throw you across this earth! For the love of god shut up!

"Oh. I didn't even notice. She seemed just fine to me." Yes! Keep lying. This is why we are friends! Thank you Tobio!

"That's good," please say nothing more! Please! I glance back at Tobio and he looks like he's trying to hide how nervous he is. I can see right through him and if I can so can Suga. I see Suga about to look back at Tobio and I push my hand in his face.

"Keep your eyes on the road Suga!" I yell. He pulls my hand off his face. Thankfully he doesn't try to look back at Tobio. Just keep your mouth shut and we won't have any problems.

We finally made it to the school and basically throw myself out of the car. I reach back in the car for my bag and drag myself to the gym. I see Tanaka and Hinata are already here. I make my way to the stage and pull myself onto it. They did their regular practice. I just laid on the stage and rested my eyes. I was sure I was going to get with a ball but I didn't care. Surprisingly I didn't at all. Once 7 o'clock came, I had already changed into my practice clothes. Hinata and Tobio were gone by the time I came back into the gym.

I sat on the stage waiting for the rest of the team to get here. Once most of them were here they started stretching and getting warmed up. I make eye contact with the blonde. I don't even bother to remember his name. I guess I should considering he caught me singing yesterday. God! I almost forgot about that! Damn it! I'm not going to ask him what his name is so I'm just going to wait until someone says it. I'll wait. Later in practice, I hear his little henchman say it. Tsukki? It's too dumb to be his real name. So I'm guessing it's a nickname. He doesn't seem to like it either.
