Two World's Meet

The Beginnings

Percy's PoV
Today was actually going surprisingly normal. Now some people may say that normal is a bad thing but, when you're a half blood, having a normal day is all but impossible. Today I had actually got to sleep in, seeing that there were no activities planned today because Chiron is not feeling well. It was around 9:00 a.m. when Annabeth woke me up. She had stayed in my cabin every night since Tartarus. She does this because, one, we are the only ones that are able to bring each other out of the nightmares, two, none of her siblings want to deal with them, and three we have been given permission to do so from Chiron. When we asked Chiron for special permission for a Annabeth to stay in my cabin he said he understood fully and that Will already stays in Nico's cabin for the same reason. So since then she has fully moved into my cabin, anyway I'm getting sidetracked. After Annabeth woke me up, and we both got ready for the day we, as well as Piper and Jason, Frank and Hazel, Leo and Calypso, and Nico and Will decided that it would be good to have a nice relaxing day. The people from Camp Jupiter decided that they would be staying at Camp Half-Blood for a while. We were all laying around in the strawberry Fields right outside of camp. Then, of course, Leo had to break the first rule of Percy Jackson.

"Wow" he said while playing with Calypso's hair "I bet it's going to be the first day that nothing attacks us" we all just have the opportunity to glare at him when a metal man fell from the sky.

He raised his hands and pointed them at me before the front of his helmet popped up and he, with a smirk on his face, so that we were all to not move. Just about when I was to say some snarky come back we were surrounded by the oddest assortment of mortals that I had ever seen. There was the metal man, a guy with a bow and arrow, a woman with a gun, a man that look like a walking American flag, a woman in a long red coat and red hair, a guy with metal wings, and a guy with a red and blue suit with a spider emblem in the middle, as well as another metal guy but this one wasn't as colorful as the first.

I, seeing that they were all in a fighting stance with various weapons, slowly stood up and put my hand in my pocket ready to draw riptide.

" Hey guys can you just put your weapons down so can talk about whatever is making you point a gun to my head." I said this last bit to the lady with the gun that was now pointed directly at my head.

The metal man step forward he's smirked that " Actually no you are to put your hands up in the air as well as your friends and come like good little kids with us." Anger boiled inside me "kids" he had no idea what we'd been through, but then I felt a hand on my arm, I looked away from the metal man to see my girlfriend's pleading eyes as she told me to calm down. I nodded and forced myself to push the anger that had boiled up inside me down.

" Sorry," I spit out at him " We need to get headed home." All of my friends had already stood up. We all started walking towards the barrier of camp, we all looked calm but had our hands on our weapons. It's not like we haven't been surrounded before. That's when I heard the very familiar sound of a bow being drawn loaded and fired. My hand flew up and caught the arrow right before it would have pierced my skull.

Well it was a normal day.

Tony's Pov

Did he just catch an arrow that Barton shot who were these kids!

---- 4 hours earlier----
" All available avengers please make your way to the meeting room immediately" Fury's voice echoed through Jarvis. Pepper and I had moved into the new avengers facility after Thanos was defeated. We figured that this way if any other threats were to arrive our little Morgan would have more superheroes defending her. Piper got up as well as me I turned to her and told her that she was to stay and that if needed I would come get her. She sat back down and continued playing with Morgan.
I started making my way to the meeting room, what did Fury have planned now. Another change after defeating Thanos was that fury became in charge of the avengers again. When I got there I saw Steve, Natasha, Barton, Wanda, Samuel, Rhodes, and Peter, as well as Fury.

" Good to see The gang is back together." I remarked before taking my seat.

" We are here to discuss nine individuals. They are all considered to be highly dangerous and need to be brought in as soon as possible for questioning. We believe that these nine could be a hugely significant threat to mankind and we believe they have unknown magical abilities. Fury said all of us all of this while addressing all of the avengers that were sitting around the room. I was starting to get worried who were these people I mean they were obviously incredibly powerful to get Fury all nervous.

"Are you going to show us their files or are we going to have to guess" I said trying to calm the tension in the room which was quickly growing. Fury looked at me and before passing out tablets which I was sure had the files on them. I was sure I'd be looking at nine big strong guys files instead I was looking at the files of nine teenagers the oldest of which being 17 and the youngest looking 15. The most surprising thing though was that two of them did not have ages, and they all had at least one parent whose identity was not known and even more shockingly they all had quite a large resume for people so young.

"Wow" Peter said " some of them aren't even as old as I am" I heard the shock in his voice. It was as if he didn't want to believe that people so young, such as Nico di Angelo, could have done so much.

Steve looked up" So, what do you want us to do."

" Bring them in." Fury said he then walked out.
" FRIDAY, scan all cameras for the teens" I said to the AI system that runs this entire place. We all went back looking over the files.
But then Peter spoke " I-I understand that these people are a threat but..." He paused as if unsure of what to say

" I know kid" I told him " It'll probably be weird for you, but we do we have to do to save people" he nodded and went back to the files.

AN wow, about 1,200 words for the first chapter.
