Were the Avengers!

Jason's POV

Why can't the world be fair for once. Leo got months after coming back from the dead do not have to do anything demigodish. Me on the other hand I do not get that luxury. After I came back from the dead (long story), and hearing that Apollo was a God again, I got about a week to relax, and then of course a group of mortals has to attack us. I already tried to use my lightning powers to escape t for whatever reason they did not seem to be working. Finally after about a half an hour of waiting someone came into the room I was tied up in.

"Okay kid, you're going to come with me now." The man said. That second the handcuffs fell off my wrists.

"Where you taking me?" I asked the man.

"To see your friends."he said of the slight smile. I then recognize him as the guy who had metal wings. I slowly stood up and looked straight at the man. I didn't think he was lying so I nodded to the door telling him to leave the way. He helped the door open, seemingly getting my message.

The man led me down a few halls until we reached a door labeled 387. I was about to tell the man to open the door when I realized I didn't know his name.

"Wait, what's your name?"I questioned. The man laughed, I'm sure to him it seemed quite a random thing to say.

"Sam, Sam Wilson." He replied.

"Jason Grace so-" I stop talking suddenly. I was about to say "son of Jupiter" when I realized that these people probably didn't know anything about gods, and we probably shouldn't tell them. The man looked at me strangely probably trying to figure out what I was going to say. I couldn't let that happen

"Well Sam," I said, interrupting his chain the thought," lead on." Sam open the door, and the second he did I got complete tunnel vision. I saw Piper being let in by some other man. But mainly I saw Piper. I broke out into a run. She started running towards me too. When we reached each other I picked her up and twirled her around in the circle. After I put her back down I touched her foreheads together.

"I was so worried about you." We whispered at the exact same time which made us both giggle. I, for the first time, looked around and saw the other demigods having a similar exchange. I noticed that Percy and Annabeth were both crying.I realize that this will probably have been there first time apart since Tartarus. I'll have to go make sure they're okay later. I saw Will and Nico standing around, unlike the other couples they didn't seem to be having their reunion, instead Nico seems slightly shaken. and Will have his arms wrapped around the smaller boy. Because of this I automatically started worrying about Nico too.

"Ahem," someone cleared their throat from behind me, I turned around and realized it was Sam.

"As much as I hate to break up all of your reunions, we brought you here so we could talk to you without endangering your mental health." Sam continued. I realized I had been right that something had happened with my fellow demigods. I made eye contact with Piper and I realized we were thinking the exact same thing. I then turned to Nico, who was staring down at the floor so instead I looked at Will our mental conversation when something like this.

"Is he okay?"

"He had a flashback, but he's fine now."

"I swear any of these people hurt my little bro!"

"They didn't. Like I said he's fine. Let it go, people probably have more questions. But they seem nice."

" Okay, fine"

This silent conversation probably last about 5 seconds. The man who led Piper in then told us to sit on the chairs that lined one wall. There was quite a lot of confusion as we all tried to find chairs and then scooted them next to our significant other.

"Okay then," said a man who had the aura of a leader, "we have some questions to ask you." Before he continued Nico, surprisingly, spoke up.

"You first," he said "I don't know any of your names and how could you possibly expect us to tell stuff to complete strangers."

"Really!" One man said in a cocky voice, "you don't know who we are!" We all shook our heads in confusion. They all look absolutely dumbfounded

Tony's POV

These kids must be joking.

"Come on" I said," of course you know who we are we're famous we're on the news all the time!" They were still looking up at me in complete confusion." We save the world from Thanos fought in a huge battle, save New York a billion times." No recognition appeared on the kids faces.

"You really don't know who we are?" Steve said. The emo kid squinted at Steve before his eyes went wide and shocked and... he let out a squeal?

"Oh my gods, your Captain America! We used to talk about you during the war! We thought you were dead! Hazel, can you believe it! It's Captain America!" The young kid said all of this before letting out yet another squeal. The girl, Hazel, was staring at Steve with her mouth hanging wide open. All of the others were gasping with laughter.

"Wait a second!" I screeched, " you recognize capsicle and not me!"

All of the kids nodded except one. One of the boys, Leo I think, said "Wait your Tony Stark"he then turns to his friends and said "this guy is Iron Man"

"Who?" They all said.

before I could go off on a rant about all the things that I have done Steve stepped in.

" Okay if you are serious about not knowing who we are I suppose we should introduce ourselves" We all not in an introduced ourselves I was the last one to say my name so I finished with a line I was sure was going to get a reaction.

"Were the avengers!" I said proudly. I was expecting them to gasp but instead they stared at me with blank faces.

"The who?" That Percy kid said.
