Chapter 26

Zee's mom stayed with them for 2 days after that his dad came to take her back. Saint was very sad at first as he didn't accept their relationship but his sadness decreased as Zee's dad didn't hate him or accused him of seducing his only son. Zee also knew his father loved them both and would accept their relationship sooner or later.

A week later

Zee had to visit his office to finish some important work. He was working when he got a call and he received it without looking the caller ID.
"Hello"
"Hi babe how are you? Did you miss me??"
"How dare you call me Jane?"
"Ow ow babe don't be so angry already... First tell me how did you like my gift??"
"What gift??"
"Oh babe you're so naive... Didn't you get the photos I sent to your parents??"
"So it was you.. indeed I've to thank you for helping me letting my parents know"
Jane clenched her fist and took a long breath before calming down and smiled saying," oh anything for you.. but sorry that your father doesn't accept your relationship"
'Do you think I don't know what's the result of my plan? I had to act on my second plan because of that' thought Jane.
"So you're spying on me??"
"No babe it's called keep tracking of your beloved"
"Stop your nonsense"
"Ow ow don't be so agitated already..  first check your mail"

When Zee checked his mail he was so angry that he wanted to strangle Jane to death... Why?? Cause the mail contained a draft of an online news which titled " From Dad to Daddy".... The news depicted Saint as a third party slut who can do anything for money. He not only had many men he also seduced his adoptive dad and broke his relationship. The news also contains picture of the adoption paper, the pictures of Saint when he was harassed in the bar before but it's looking like Saint is having a passionate moment with the person, several pictures of Saint in different bars of Bangkok and then intimate pictures of Saint and Zee in Hawaii. Also to prove Saint the third party two pictures were with dates- one of Zee and Jane, another of ZeeSaint. Saint was trembling in anger.

"So babe what do you think about it?"
"Heh what this news can do to me anyway? I knew from the very first day that I would introduce Saint as my lover to the world one day. I don't care if people hate me"
"So you think Saint can continue his studies after everyone knows he seduced his adoptive father??"
"He can always continue his studies in abroad" Zee replied calmly.
"Oh darling... He will study in abroad if he can go there. Don't you think so??"
"What do you mean??"
"You know I'm an online model with a not so small fanbase right??"
"What's that to do with me??"
"Nothing but it has everything to do with Saint"
"What??"
"Just think my fans saw the news right now that their idol was robbed of her boyfriend and they somehow discovered the third party in the mall shopping with his best friend"
"How did you know where Saint is??"
"Oh babe it's not the main point... The main point is what will happen to Saint"
"Wha-what ha-happe--ned to him?"
"Imagine what can the furious fans do?? Maybe they will be kind enough to only reprimand Saint or they also can be cruel enough to beat him to pulp... They can do many things like humiliate him or worse... Oh my god.. what will happen if they are violent enough to write slut on his face with a knife??"
"Are you threatening me??"
"No absolutely not... I'm just reminding you what things Saint could suffer because of you.. you know the angry fans are the most dangerous.. nobody knows what they will do"
"What do you want??"
"I knew it.. my boyfriend is the smartest... I'm sending you an address.. meet me in 30. I'll tell you there about my conditions.. and oh Zee never think to mention it to anyone"

Zee hurriedly called Saint as soon as Jane cut the call and told him to go back home. Then he started for the address which Jane sent him.

Saint's P.O.V.

I don't know what happened to daddy. 2days ago when I was out shopping with Zon he suddenly called me and told me to immediately return home. I thought maybe he was waiting for me but he wasn't there when I returned. Since then he is kinda avoiding me. I am really confused about what happened. Did I do something wrong?? Uncle Sai and Zon told me that he isn't avoiding me he is just busy with his work. But I don't know I feel that he is really avoiding me in the excuse of work. I was lost in my thoughts when suddenly I got a call from uncle Sai.

"Hello uncle Sai... What's up??"
"Hey Saint where are you??"
"I'm at home. Why??"
"Quickly come to Zee's office"
"Why?? Did something happen?? Is he alright??"
"Relax relax...  I guess it was meant to be surprise for you. Sorry for ruining that"
"Will you tell me what happened??"
"Yeah.. actually I came to Zee's office for an important file when I saw his assistant is arranging for a press conference. When I asked what was it about. I came to know that Zee is going to announce his relationship status in the media"
"Oh ok... I'm coming"

After the phone call I felt really happy. I guess daddy was busy these days to prepare the surprise for me. And he was avoiding me to not ruin the surprise.
When I entered the office building I was greeted by Zon.
"Hey Zon what are you doing here??"
"Actually p'Sai called me to come and accompany you"
"That's really great... You know I'm kinda nervous about people's reaction."
"Don't worry... I believe p'Zee would handle everything well"
"Okay let's go inside"

We went inside and sat down at the chairs arranged for the guests. There were many reporters mostly from local medias but some were also from national media.
Daddy came with his secretary but he was surprised when he saw me. I think he wanted me to know it from the media.
The secretary started the greetings and then he called daddy for the announcement.
Daddy started speaking
"Thank you everyone for coming today. I wanted to announce today that I've been dating someone for some time now and we will be engaged soon. I guess you all were anticipating about my partner or my wedding. So here I present my partner"
Suddenly Zon started poking me.
"What??"
"Go up there quickly"
"I'm nervous"
"Saint just go there"
"Ok let him call me first"
"You really..."
"Ssshhh daddy's talking"

"So I proudly announce my engagement with my partner famous model Jane"

What?? Did I hear it right?? Whom did he call?? I turned to Zon and knew all of it is true when he's looking at me dumbfounded.

"Saint are you ok??"
"No no no... There's something wrong.. there has to be something wrong. I've to talk to him"
"Saint... Saint he betrayed you"
"Shut up... I don't believe it unless I talk to him. Where is he??"
I went to the secretary to ask where he is. Then I rushed there asking Zon to go outside as I wanted to talk to him alone.

"Tell me it's not true"
"Saint it's true. I'm marrying Jane."
"But why?" I couldn't control my tears after that.
"Saint you know that I need an heir for my empire right??"
"But we can always adopt"
"Do you think we can adopt children after they know we're adoptive father and son??"
"You can also go for surrogacy"
"I'm sorry Saint. Society doesn't work this way. We both will suffer in future. It's better we divide before it's too deeper"
"Deeper?? Do you think my love for you isn't deep enough??"
"I didn't mean it like that. It's better for both of us. Trust me"
"I can't... I can't trust you anymore..."

With that I ran outside.
