Chapter 27

Third person's P.O.V.

Zee wanted to go after Saint but some reporters blocked his road and Jane emerged from somewhere and started talking with the reporters. When Zee went out he didn't see Saint but Zon and Sai were standing there worriedly.

"Where is Saint??"
"Why do you care??" Sai asked.
"Wait isn't he with you??" Zon asked.
"No he left from there a while ago"
"So where did he go??"
"I don't know... Let's find him"
"You've already done enough... We can do the rest"
"But..."
"Let's go p'Sai... We don't have to waste our time here"
"Hmm let's go"

Zee frantically searched for Saint. He had searched in the nearest bars and also the bar where Saint went last time. But no sign of Saint. Then he called Pear.
"Hello Pear. I'm Zee. Is Saint with you??"
"What do you want from Saint now??"
"Just answer me damnit"
"No... Saint.. you can't find him??"
"No but I'm looking for him."
"Why?? So that you can hurt him some more??"
"Look Pear he is still my responsibility"
"Hahahaha responsibility huh? He's already 18. You don't have any responsibility. So don't bother him anymore. We'll find him. Please spend your time with your precious fiance"
With that Pear hung up the phone.
Now Zee was driving aimlessly and praying Saint to be safe. Suddenly his phone rang and he didn't check the caller ID before receiving the call quickly.
"Hello Saint??"
"Ah ha too bad my fiance don't want to talk to me but to his boy toy"
"Shut up. What do you want??"
"You babe"
"I don't have time for your nonsense. I'm hanging up."
"Oh ho who am I seeing here?? If it's not the boy toy of my fiance"
Zee froze hearing that.
"What did you do with Saint?? Where are you??"
"Oh I really didn't do anything now. I just came to celebrate our engagement in a bar with my.... Your boy toy here is passed out drinking"
"Hey Jane I've done everything you said. Don't you dare touch Saint"
"Oh ho my dear fiance... Your boy toy is cute for sure but he is not my type."
"Give me the address of the bar."
"Sorry I can't.. oh let me tell you another thing. I'm surely not interested in him but many guys here are checking him out."
"What do you want?? I already fulfilled your wish"
"Simple go to a date with me tonight. I'm sending you the address. And Zee?? Don't say a single thing to anyone about our deal not even to my father"
"You just keep your word I'll keep mine."
"I'll arrange someone to send Saint to your house. You just come to the date"
"First send Saint home. I'll leave only after I see Saint safe and sound"
"You know I never do something bad, right babe?? For example, the news... That was never published and also nobody touched a single hair of Saint that day when you agreed to meet me... So don't I keep my word??"
"Just send Saint quickly"
Zee hung up the phone and went to home to wait for Saint. Saint came home after half an hour. He was so drunk that he could barely walk. He stumbled and fall on Zee.
"Who are you??"
"I'm daddy Saint"
"Daddy?? Why daddy?? Why did you do that??"
Saint hugged Zee tightly and started crying. Zee was also crying but he tried to be quiet and also rubbed saint's back to calm him. Then Saint suddenly pushed Zee away and started walking but not long after stumbled upon the side table which made Zee's wallet, phone and watch to fall down.
"Careful"
Zee hold Saint and slowly guide him to his bedroom. After changing Saint to something comfortable he tucked Saint in the bed and quietly left for the date.

At the restaurant

Zee went to the given address but was confused to see noone around. So he wanted to return to his home. But suddenly someone called from behind.
"Mr. Zee Pruk Panich??"
"Yes??"
"Please follow me"
Zee followed the waiter who led him to the top floor which was decorated quite romantically with only one table in the middle of the room. Jane was sitting in the table smiling at Zee.
"Come quickly darling. I've booked the whole restaurant for you. Do you like the decoration??"
"Yes" replied Zee seeing the waiter eyeing him eagerly for the answer.
"Come sit down"
Zee quietly sat down.
Jane instructed the waiter, "please bring the red wine while we decide our order"
"Sure mam"
"Zee here the menu. Look what you want."
Zee glared at her but still took the menu.
A while later the waiter brought a bottle of red wine with two glasses. He poured wine in a glass and gave it to Jane. Jane gladly accepted it and signalled the waiter to give a glass of wine to Zee also. Zee accepted the glass and took a sip.
"Isn't it good babe??"
"Yes" and he took another seep. There order came when the glass of wine was almost half. Suddenly there was a ruckus outside.
"What's the noise??"
"Let me check mam"
"Sure"
But before the waiter can go outside a figure came flying to the room. Meanwhile Zee was feeling dizzy and suddenly hot. He didn't notice all the ruckus outside and he was slowly loosing his consciousness. Jane was panicked seeing her guard came flying in the room totally beaten. And the person who came inside left her shocked.
"Dad?? Why are you here??"
"Cause I called him" came a voice from behind.
"Saint??" Her jaw dropped in shock. "How did you know??"
"Does it matter?? My dear would be mom??"
"So you have come to know the truth... Doesn't matter.. I'll make Zee mine tonight. Look the medicine is already effecting. He'll be mine and you can do nothing."
"Jane listen to me dear. I haven't raised you like that... What wish of your I didn't fulfill after your mother's death?? But this is wrong dear"
"No dad I want Zee. I definitely can't lose to that boy. You always fulfill my wish, right? Please fulfill this wish also."
"It's wrong... Don't do this please"
"Do you think Zee would love you if you do this?? He'll always love me. You can never be in his heart. I'll always win and you'll lose. Understand??"
"Very good. Then if I can't get Zee you can't either."
Jane suddenly took out a gun from her bag and targeted at Zee.
"Hey Jane. Leave him alone. Don't you dare to do this" shouted Saint.
"Jane dear please don't"
All the ruckus helped Zee to gain his consciousness but not clearly. He first saw a blurred Saint when he opened his eyes.
"Baby??"
"Daddy?? Don't worry I'll save you"
Then Zee noticed the gun in Jane's hand.
"Jane? What are you doing?? And what did you give me? Why do I feel so hot??"
"What an irony huh? Even after I did so much effort for you, you only have eyes for this boy. So you don't have to live anymore"
"Jane" shouted her father, " If you do this you've to go to jail. And remember I won't recognise a criminal daughter. I would abandon you the moment you pull the trigger"
"Dad how could you??"
Zee took the chance of her distraction to push her hand when suddenly a gun shot sounded. Everybody froze and saint's eyes widened when he saw Zee's arm bleeding.
"Daddyyy" he screamed.
Another gunshot was heard. This time it was the police who shot Jane to disarm her.
"Miss Jane you're under arrest for blackmailing and  attempting murder"
"Who called the police??"
"Me"
"Dad?? How could you??"
"I'm sorry baby. I hope you can learn some lesson and be a good person after you return from the jail"
The police took Jane and her father helped Saint to take Zee to the hospital. Luckily it was a minor injury and he was also given the antidote of the aphrodisiac.

"Baby how did you know everything?? And why did you contact Jane's father??"
"Actually daddy I wasn't passed out when Jane saw me. I just acted like passed out when I saw her with a guy in the bar. Then I recorded all her conversation with you where she accepted her crime. I guessed her father isn't like her when she said not to let her father know. But it was just a gamble if he would help us or not"
"But the restaurant??"
"Remember when I stumbled upon the table?? I actually took your phone to check the address"
"My baby is so smart... Thank you baby"
"Thank you Mr. Morgan ( Jane's father) for your help. I couldn't get him back without your help" told Saint.
"Thank you Mr Morgan. I understand how difficult it is for you to send your only child to jail"
"It's her karma Mr Panich. I hope she'll be a better person after this punishment. And also hope it won't affect our partnership"
"No of course not. We'll cooperate as usual. As for media let's tell them Jane has gone abroad for study and let's nullify the engagement after few months. That will not affect your daughter's future."
"You're really a great person Mr Panich. I wish you a happy future with this adorable boy"

Both Zee and Saint smiled and Saint also blushed at the comment. Mr Morgan left them alone so that the couple can spend time together after the storm.
