You turn red. You've thought about kissing Steve
"No" You disappointingly answer
"Is it what you want?"
"I don't know yet. I'm just his... sidekick" You worry
"Oh Y/N, you're much more than that. You're part of the team" Nat points out
"Thanks"
"Try not to complicate your feelings so much" The red head woman says before leaving the room
You lay there on your bed thinking. You haven't felt like this for anyone. How can such a bond between us be this way?
You groan in frustration
"Ugh, why are feelings so complicated?!" You say to yourself, lucky nobody heard
You rant for some more time until someone comes in. You turn to see who it is

"Hey. I need you for a mission. We're going to battle The Destroyer" He states
You get out of bed and follow him out the door
