Bazzard Black lived a comfortable distance from the heart of the city. He liked to stay close, but only enough that he could quickly get there should he need to, or so he could enjoy the view. Modern con temporary in style, and with a simple black, white and silver color scheme, he found he didn't have time to manage every little detail of the house and left most of the design to Franco, his right hand man. He didn't care, as long as he had it all to himself.
Bazz B's finances were largely managed by Franco and occasionally, he would see to them himself. But he found that he didn't want anything until he saw it, rather than burn through his money the second he got it. An impulse buy here and there, but nothing that was a cause for alarm. The only thing he had primarily in mind was the gang and a close second, leading a normal life. Either way, he was and had been living within his means – if only partially because of Franco's watchful eye, and there wouldn't be a problem until Franco told him there was a problem.
However, the style of his home didn't quite reflect his habits. Dishes, some with dried food clinging to them, lay piled upon each other in the kitchen sink. The fridge was stocked with food but all he ever did was drink, and if he was hungry, he'd have Franco bring him food. Multiple baskets filled with dirty clothes in his bedroom, consoles, controllers, and cases strewn about on the living room floor in front of the television. This wasn't to say that he always kept it in this state purposefully, as when it got too dirty, he tasked himself with cleaning it, but he was lazy to say the least.
Having just returned home and making a beeline for the kitchen, he caught a glimpse of himself in a mildly dirtied, full length mirror hanging on a nearby wall, his face contorting with annoyance at the fresh cut on the right side of his upper lip. He had to put the plugs into the car without using protective gear like how Jugo had told him to and when he had lost his grip on the plug, it sprung up and hit him straight in the face, Jugo had told the new girl to tend to his wound but he angrily refused and instead of getting it cleaned up, he had continued on working with blood dripping down the side of his face.
Stepping towards the fridge, he opened it routinely and grabbed another beer before heading to the living room, letting his weight collapse on the comfortable couch. The moment he did, however, a knock sounded on his apartment door. He exhaled irritably, pretending not to hear it, turned the television on to drown the sound out.
"Bazz B!" He had barely heard her voice calling out for him and when he finally caught it, he went over to the door, pulling it open as he stared at the shorter girl in front of him "What do you want?" He glowered at Rin, his lips pulled back in a annoyed snarl
Rin didn't seem to be fazed by his attitude as she held up the first air kit in her hands to his face "I just bought this at the drug store. I thought you might need it since –"
"How do you know where I stay?" He dropped his snarl, taking a swing from the can of beer that was still in his hand
The small brunette was a little taken aback, looking at him with innocent blue eyes "I asked Jugo but I – is your lip okay?"
He looked at her for another minute before he shut the door without even saying a single thing to her. Rin stood outside of his apartment for a moment before she placed the first aid kit on the floor in front of his apartment and left. She didn't actually know or understand why but he was hostile towards her. She saw how he interacted together with his other co workers and spent most of his time talking together with Jugo but what she didn't understand is that, he doesn't like her. He wouldn't look at her. Wouldn't talk to her and wouldn't even ask her to sign his card for him.
James had taken the entire month off as he went back over to Hong Kong to continue on running his new business over there, leaving Rin in charged of the auto repair shop for the time being and seeing that she would want to try and be friends together with Bazz B, at first, he was more than annoyed at her, always sending glares her way and trying to act like he doesn't like her at all and the more he hoped that it'll make her stay away from him, it didn't do the least as she continued trying to talk together with him.
