Chapter 10 : The Fight With Her Brother

She had braced herself for this moment after coming back home from the hospital but here she was, holding onto her brown body sized plushie with tears rolling down her face after Karl had shouted at her and berated her for even going to a nightclub and drinking a single drop of alcohol.

Her brother wasn't the most understanding of all individuals and she knew that. It was why she tried bracing herself for this moment to come but the hurtful words and the shouting just completely broke her down. Bazz B had told her to call him once she got home but looking down at her phone, she decided not to.

Her brother, all high and mighty, had demanded to know which nightclub she had been to yesterday night and she had to force herself to say it despite not wanting too. He quickly changed out from his clothes, took his car keys and left. Rin didn't even get a chance to ask him where he was going to when he left in such a hurry but it was no doubt, he was going to take his anger by wiping the nightclub clean with the other police officers.

Her tears had stopped to a silent sob as she stayed on her bed that night, her skin still a little itchy from yesterday but it was nothing that serious to the point where she couldn't breathe. She didn't quite understand why Karl had acted out like that towards her and her allergic reaction but apparently he knew that she was allergic and none of them had bothered to tell her.

She kept glancing at her phone however, expecting to see a text message from either her boyfriend or her brother but there wasn't any. It was unlike Bazz B to text because by now, she knew that he likes calling her more than texting her because he wants to hear her voice. He'll only text her if he felt like he had done something wrong.

Rin cuddled up with her teddy bear that night, dried tears still sticking to her face as she tried to sleep without the comfort of Bazz B.
