My body felt like an empty void

My body felt like an empty void. I remember skipping breakfast. Perhaps, I was more hungry? Or maybe not. Or maybe this was an alarm to something? Some danger, perhaps. But I presumed it to be an alarm to my hunger as I proceeded to head back to the dorm room after spending some time in the library.

"I have been thinking about something." Diana exclaimed to someone as she told me to hear her.

Being tired as ever, my mind completely blank and my body numb, I decided to press my hands together as an apology and head back to my dorm slamming the door shut and dragging myself on the bed.

"But it's important." Diana said as she entered, slowly opening the door while it creaked badly. I gave no answer to this.

"Please." I heard Olivia's voice. This made me realise something was up. Olivia would never love to come in the Slytherin dorm room. Especially this hour of the day. I took a deep breath to recollect my thoughts and sat on the bed, laying my head back.

"It's about Terren-" Diana continued to speak as my reflexes made me immediately stand up. Yeah, believe me, it was just the reflexes.

Diana handed me a bottle, as I read the label on it as "anti-stress potion". Olivia, then, told me, "It was found it Terrance's bag in the Transfiguration period."

"Must be some exam stress." I replied, trying to not overthink any situation and stay calm.

"But exams are not even near!" Olivia shouted as we guestured her to lower the volume of the voice.

"Besides that point, it's not an ordinary stress reliever. It has certain ingredients in very high compositions which increase the enormity of it's impact. Which also means that-" Diana said.

I interupted, "That the enormity of the situation is way higher that what we expect."

"Now, I don't want you to go looking for him in the forest and finding yourself in the hospital for two weeks." Olivia said as I have a vague smile.

"Just think about it once, that's all." She continued. Little did she know, my overthinking ruins everything.
