It's been weeks since the selections and we have been having frequent practices. I have been getting better at Quidditch too and well, I have been getting enough time to meet Terrance too. He's lovely. He's cheerful, bubbly and most of all loyal.
I also stumbled upon this beautiful girl called Amelia. She was the other beater in our team and it was quite important to bond with her in order to play with strategies. She's actually quite nice, mainly because she makes delicious food.
I was running late for potions right now and I was actually running as fast as I can to reach the classroom. I enter the classroom just to see an angry face staring at me with his arms folded.
"Well, well, well, someone decides to finally show up."
I gulped, unable to say anything.
"If there's no exceptional reason, you're coming for detention with me."
I stare at Diana and Olivia, trying to think of a reason. They give me a helpless look and before Professor Snape could say anything else, a familiar voice was heard-
"Professor, I asked Y/n to polish the brooms for our upcoming match next week."
Terrance said, with his eyes filled with confidence and as he was about to let out a small glory smile, he was interrupted-
"Well, I suppose you can join me too in detention."
The class burst into laughter, but stopped as soon as Professor Snape gave "the glare."
"But I did nothin-"
"Mr. Higgs, you encouraged a classmate to miss classes and that is not acceptable at all."
"I'm sorry, sir."
"My office, at 5pm."
Oh, what have I got myself and Terrance into?
