Chapter 16

Battle between the gods

You kept searching as Ares had your back, fighting other gods. Weak gods. Diana was still going at it with Lyssa.

Diana's wolf ran at full speed around Lyssa, while Diana mixed her power with her bow to make her stronger and weaken Lyssa.

However, Lyssa found out how to beat Diana and Ares was getting tired to the point where he was ambushed by all of them. "Run, (Y/N)!"

Lyssa heard and headed towards you until Diana was holding her back with her power. "Over my body, you will not reach her!"

"Link!! Link!"

The chains fell on the floor and Link heard his name being called. "(Y/N)?" He got out from somewhere underground.

"(Y/N)!!" You turned.

"Link! You're..You're okay!" Your heart smiled so much, too much you began to glow.

Diana got exhausted and let go. She sensed your power. "You got it..! Now go.."

"Your power! It's back!" Link smiled at you.

"No! No!!!" Lyssa teleported everyone to Ares's home. Right where he introduced you to the voice who he was scared of.

"I knew it. This is the reincarnation of Athena, who betrayed me. Just like your ancestor, you will die!!"

Diana, Ares and Link came beside you. All of you were about to attack until someone warped everyone including the voice and Lyssa.

"Mayall!" You smiled. "Take form!" She shouted as she pointed to the voice. The voice was a muscular man dressed like a god.

Everyone went back to reality and he seems ANGRY. "That form was to keep me safe! How dare you ruin it!!" He shouted. Mayall began speeding as he followed her.

Diana and Ares saw the villagers outside. "Take them to safety! Outside of here!" Link ordered.

You created a lasso and grabbed Lyssa's ankle as she was about to start following Diana and sent her flying. You and Link had a plan and so he left somewhere else. You started flying to make Lyssa follow you. Once she did, the man ignored Mayall and followed you too.

"Zeus! Get out of here! She is mine!"

"For the law, I have to destroy her!"

The rest of the allies went back to where they were and looked at you go up to the sky.

You stopped flying for a second to let yourself fall and went full speed towards the castle until Zeus grabbed you by the neck and brought you down with the castle.

Unconsciously, a percent of your power went to protecting your friends from the debris.

You raised your arms up to created a ball of light and sent it to them. As the ball of light hit them, Link stabbed Zeus in the back where the heart is then ran to you.

Lyssa tried to aid him but couldn't. You started to feel tired. "(Y/N)?" Link called. "I'm alright."

You slashed Lyssa's body several times.

Reaching your hand out, it began to glow. Diana pulled Link as everyone started running away. "Wha- No! (Y/N)!!" Link shouted.

"It's okay! She'll be fine, but it's too dangerous to be here! Even for us."

Lyssa's and Zeus's power fused and tried to attack you, but couldn't.

"This is for what you did to my ancestors! His ancestors! My blood parents!!" You shouted. Shiro came out and saw you.

"Beautiful. She did it. She avenged you.."

For afar, Link saw their power disappear and create an explosion so big, it destroyed all of land.

"(Y/N)!" Mayall shouted.

Back in the lost kingdom, you were left there. Someone was by your side. It was Lyssa. You had seen her and thanked them.

Moments before as you were giving it all of your power, you wished for Lyssa to survive but to take everything from her. You thought she deserved better.

You slowly stood up and Mayall found you. "She's here-" Link rushed towards you. "You're alive! Oh man! I worried you had gone with the explosion!" He noticed your eyes. You smiled at him and you two hugged and kissed.

The moment you all blinked, you were back at Hyrule.

As you ran, and ran. A servant at Hyrule castle was walking by, trying to do her job. You searched for her until you finally found her.

"Lyssa!"

She looked up. "(Y/N)?"

The worst ending in the history of time. At first, I actually regretted starting this book because as I thought and thought of how it was going to end, the book was going to be short. I wasn't planning for it to be really long either but just something. I had MANY ideas for this book and it's characters so I'll be writing a chapter about that to fill in a little bit of more interest? for fun? dunno!
