Chapter 32 - Zac

I click my mouse and my computer shows me how much money I earned from these stocks.

Yes!

I grin and drink my coffee. Since Allison and I got back together, somehow I managed to earn more money even though I go home on time to her. Normally I could work until 8-9 pm. But now, 6pm and time to go to my woman.

Amber knocks at my door. "Zac"

"Come in"

She comes in. "Your sister is here"

I smile "let her in"

She nods and leaves the room. No more gasp from Amber, just a horror look. Soon she will get used to my smile. Still, I'm not a bad boss to her, right?

"Hello brother" Ocean comes into my office. As always in her fancy clothes that makes all women drool over. Today she is in her soft pink  long sleeves dress with a small swarovski belt that enhances her small waist and white coat. Her hair always falls freely with loose curly behind her. But the most important thing for me is, her happy smile. Happier than she ever been in her whole life. That's good, or else Roderick has to answer me.

I stand up and come to her. I hug my little sister, she is always using her j'adore Dior perfume. One time I bought her a perfume. She said she likes the smell but she used it for her wardrobe and apartment. I asked why, she said she just couldn't let go of her j'adore. Up until now I still think it doesn't make sense. Me, I never changed because it's my first perfume with Allison. Ocean? That's not her first perfume with Drew., or is that her first perfume from Drew?!?!

"What is in your mind?" She looks at me funny, bringing me back to present.

"Um nothing. Come on sit down" I say taking my sister to the couch.

She looks around "did you just redecorate your office"

I grin "yes, Allison designed it. The new couch and the coffee table is still on the way."

"Ah.. I see. Nice! Looks powerful but less heartless" She giggles, still looking around. I roll my eyes at my sister's opinion.

"Where is my niece?"

"In the house. She dismissed me" Ocean complains.

I chuckle "prefer her grandparents than you"

"Yes! That little brat" she says and giggles. Despite her complaint she loves that little pumpkin so much and she doesn't mind.

"By the way, do we really need to open an account for Char? She is still a baby, Zac"

"I just want to secure her future. Hopefully she doesn't have to use the money and she can donate it to whoever she wants." That's the main reason Ocean comes to my office. Because she has to sign for Char's account.

Ocean smiles softly "thank you Zac. Really. Thank you" she squeezes my hand.

I smile and squeeze her hand back.

"By the way it's so funny I'm here with you while Allison meeting with Drew now" she laughs.

"Ah the presentation?"

"Yep, I hope she gets the project. All the executives are coming for the presentation"

"Really?"

"Yeah. It was the first Roderick hotel. Everyone wants to be involved. Including Theodore Roderick and his siblings"

I know Roderick NY is the first Roderick Hotel, they are renovating the hotel with the new concept. But I didn't expect for Theodore Roderick and his brothers to come.
