~Cyan's POV~

Today is Jack and I's second anniversary. He told me that we're going somewhere but nothing fancy. This is the first time he's home after a few months for his tour. We talked, FaceTime, and texted each other a lot but it's not the same without feeling his body against mine.I missed everything he does to me. I still love him though. A lot.

I hopped out of the shower and dried myself off. I blow dried my hair and curled it a little. I put on a Tribal Print Woven Cardigan and a black t-shirt underneath. I slipped on my ripped denim jeans and walked out of the bathroom. I put on a black sandals and did my makeup, mascara and eye liner. I walked in the living room and wait for Jack to pick me up.

-----

It's been an hour and a half and Jack is not here yet. He hasn't called or texted me where he is or what he is doing right now. I looked at the clock and I started to get frustrated. I picked up my phone and dialed Jack's number. It rang a few times and he finally picked it up.

"Jack, where are you?" I shouted across the phone.

"Cyan?" a lady asked through the phone.

"Mrs. Gilinsky, I'm so sorry for shouting," I apologized once I realized who it was.

"It's ok, honey," she giggled a little. "What's wrong?"

"Today is Jack and I's anniversary and he told me that we're going somewhere," I explained to her. "And it's been an hour since he told me his picking me up."

"Well, he left to go to Sammy's house today," she replied and I tensed up a little.

"Oh ok," is all I said. "Thanks Mrs. Gilinsky. Bye."

I hang up and grab my car keys. I stormed out of the house and to my car. I started the engine and drove off the garage. I drive to Sammy's driveway and got out.

I walked towards the house and knock to the door, loudly. I heard footsteps from inside the house. I waited, not patiently, to open the door.

I can't believe he would forget our anniversary date. If he's actually here, I wouldn't change my mind of breaking up with him. I don't care what explanation he has to give me. Either way I'm not going to forgive him. Either way, I'm not letting him go back in my life.

Someone finally answered the door. As soon as the door opened, I pushed Sam aside and walked in. I saw Jack playing video games with a girl beside him.

"So you did actually forgot," I blurted out, a tear slipping down my eye.

"Cyan," Jack cheerfully yelled, pausing his game and walking towards me.

He pulled me in for a hug and that's where I lost it. I burst out crying. He slowly pulled away and looked at me, worried. He wiped my tears away and looked away from him. He placed his hands on my chin and turned it around. He tried making eye contact with me but I dodged it.

"Baby, what's wrong?" he asked, wiping my tears away.

"Don't call me baby anymore," I cried, taking Jack's hands away from my face.

"What are you talking about?" he asked, confused.

"You have got to be kidding me, Jack," I shouted at him. "Today is our anniversary and you literally forgot about it. I thought, just thought, that today was going to be special because I could spend the whole day with you after your tour. But I wrong. This day become worst. Jack, I don't know if I can do this anymore, I'm sorry."

My eyes dropped one last tear and I walked away. I felt a hand on my forearm but I pushed it away. I stormed to my car and drove off once again. I saw a car on my rear view mirror and I noticed that it was Jack's car. I parked in my driveway and quickly got out before he could catch me. I walked in my house and there was darkness around the house. I tried and find the light switch. I turned on the lights.

"Surprise," a crowd of people shouted everywhere in the room.

My feet collapsed in surprise. I closed my eyes to get ready for pain but it didn't come. I opened my eyes and saw Jack, above me.

"Remember the first day we met," he asked, smirking. "You were really drunk and you fell and I caught you in my arms. I guess you really did fell for me, huh."

He picked me up and stand me up on my feet. He grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to him.

"Would you actually think I would forget our anniversary?" he asked and I shrugged my shoulders. "You're the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I would never forget the day when I was the happiest man alive."

He let go of me. He kneeled down on one knee and pulled something out of his back pocket. He pulled a red box out. He stretched his arms out, in between us.

"Now, Cyan, please let me be the luckiest man alive by marrying me?" he asked, nervously and he opened the box, revealing a diamond ring.

"Oh my god, Jack, yes," I replied, crying.

He slipped on the ring that fits perfectly, smiling big. He stands up on his feet and hugged me. He pulled away and quickly leaned in for a warm passionate kiss.
