MAI'S POV-:

The weight of a heavier body, crushed me. I heard his jeering voice, as he spit nasty, ugly words, while the friends he brought home with him, watched.
No. Not Again. Please, No.....
My stepbrother's hand, the size of my face, covered my mouth effortlessly.
He yanked my legs apart.
I screamed against his palm, muffled, as his friends ogled at the display before them.

Jimin was so heavy, so strong. I struggled, endlessly, but he won't bulge. I couldn't shove him off me.
The more I struggled, the more it seemed to enkindle his lust.
He slammed my head against the pillows and rammed into me, over and over and over again.
He didn't stop.

And his friends, they just watched. Lechery stained their features, as they decided to take matters of their arousal, into their own hands, literally.
Please....someone.....anyone...make it stop....mommy...save me....please save me.

"You're Mine Angel."
"I own you."

What? No....how....Taehyung?
I see him now. Hovering over my.
I was numb. My body was blue and bruised. Cuts and scratches tattooed all over it.
I simply lay there, lifeless, under him.
An unfathomable darkness consumed him.
He was pounding into me.
He was fucking me like an animal while I lay there. DEAD.

"Mai!"
"Mai.Wake up."
"MAI!"

I woke up with a jolt. Panting wildly, as beads of cold sweat covered my forehead.
I looked at Taehyung, who looked at me with concern.
"W-what happened?"
"You were having a bad dream." He said simply, cupping my cheeks, connecting his forehead with mine.
"It's over now. I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere.Nothing will ever happen to you. I swear it." He assured.

I'm assuming he believed it would calm me, but it only highlighted bitter reality. He's not going anywhere. He's gonna be here, forever.
We lay back down after I guzzled a glass of water. He spooned me in, sinking he face into the curves of my neck.
"What were you dreaming about?" He sprung out the question, out of the blue.
"Jimin." I gave a clipped response, trying to project my disinterest in the conversation, yet alone having one in the first place.

"Was that all?" He continued, ignoring my hint.
"I could have sworn I heard you mumbling my name along with Jimin's. Was he really the only one you saw in your little nightmare?" He taunted subtly.
I ignored him, choosing to remain silent. I heard him sigh softly.
"At least tell me this, did I hurt you?"
"Yes." I said, as my voice cracked slightly. Tears loomed my eyes and I tried desperately to blink them away.
"Sleep Angel." Was all he said.

I woke up the next morning to the sound of Mrs Stevenson's voice.
"Rise and shine dear. We've got a long day ahead of us."
I squinted at the sudden burst of sun light.
"What long day? Is he finally gonna let me leave this shitty room?"
She chuckled.
"Well, sorta. Your wound is almost completely healed, so Taehyung thought it'd be good for you to start walking around again."

"Did he now." I was irate.
"Well tell him I'll walk when I'm ready, not when he thinks I am." I declared.
"That won't be necessary." Said a deep husky voice, entering the room.
Speak of the fuckin devil.
He stood, leaning against the doorframe. He wore nothing but a pair of grey sweatpants.  I guess he's not going to be working today.

"I'll take it from here Mrs Stevenson."
He said, giving her a tiny smile, just enough to shoo her off.
"Alrighty then. I'll go make you two some breakfast." She gave me a warm smile before leaving.
I sighed as Taehyung shut the door behind her.
"I'm not walking." I jumped, resistantly.
"So do you plan on being carried by me for the rest of your existence?" He challenged.

I glared at him, earning a smug grin.
"I didn't realise you loved being in my arms that much. In that case, by all means, don't move a muscle."
Oh, he knew just how to stick a cord with me.
"Well in that case, I'll do whatever it takes to be a self sufficient walker again. The very thought of you touching me, is repulsive." I seethed.
"Great. Let's get started then, shall we?"

He extended his hand for me to hold, but I slapped it away, using the bedside table to help me stand.
We went to the garden. Yeontan was busy sniffing around, while Taehyung walked next to me, close enough to catch me if I fell. I thankfully had a cane to support me.
"Mai, there's something I need to tell you." He stated, seriously.
"Don't tell me, you're pregnant?" I sassed, but he wasn't amused.
"I got off the phone with some business associates. We're moving to Italy next week."

I stopped in my tracks. It felt as though the earth beneath me had shifted.
"What the fuck do you mean we're moving to Italy!" I yelled.
His face darkened immediately.
"Watch it Angel."
"I'm not gonna fucking watch shit, you dick! And nor am I gonna watch you drag me to Italy! I'm not going anywhere!"

SLAP!

My cheek burned, and it wasn't just from my anger.
"You will do as you're told. Am I clear Mai? I won't tolerate your bitch tantrums."
I didn't want to, but I cried. My tears flowed down my cheeks uncontrollably.
I tried to contain myself, refusing to give him the pleasure of effecting me, but I failed.
Soft sobs escaped my trembling lips.
I hated how weak I looked.

He pulled me into his arms, gently kissing my forehead.
"As long as you obey me, you'll never get hurt. You'll never be in pain."
No you asshole. As long as your hideous longing for me doesn't die, I'll always be in pain, as I'll never be free.
