“There’s a flight at seven am in the morning tomorrow. That’s the earliest.” Annabelle said, typing furiously on her new laptop.
“I think that’s good.” I mumbled absentmindedly.
“Okay. Then I’ll book it.” She confirmed.
“great.” I said again.
“What’s wrong?” Liz asked coming to sit beside me.
“Nothing, it’s just…how am I going to break it to Niall?” I asked.
“I was thinking the same thing for you.” Alyssa said.
“Did you tell Harry yet?” I asked.
“Not about you leaving or the Tristan mess but about the thing about Mr. jackash.”
“How did he take it?”
Lyssi collapsed on the living room carpet and put her hands on her stomach, “Oh you know Harry. He was mad at first and then he realized he was being ridiculous and got over it. I’m just happy he didn’t fight me about it.”
“Yah, you two are beginning to fight more than Zayn and I.” Sana said. “And we fight a lot.”
“He’s just so protective, you know.” Alyssa said, “Anyways, Chrissy, you need to tell Niall as soon as you can. You can’t let him wait especially if your leaving tomorrow.”
“I know. It’s just after all the Tristan thing…it’ll be hard to explain.”
“Don’t worry.” Liz assured, “Niall’s a sweetheart. He’ll be fine.”
“I hope so.” I said,
“you know what they say right, Chrissy? Let go of what you can’t change.” Sana said, “Let go of Tristan. He’s always gonna be in love with you. Let him go.”
“I promise I will. This is the last thing I’m doing for him.” I promised, “Besides, it’s going to actually be very entertaining sitting in the plane with the Ashhole.”
We all laughed, softening the intense air.
“Do me a favor and bug him about his amount of scarves he owns, for me?” Alyssa said.
“Oh definitely. And the sunglasses.”
“Don’t get me started on the shoes.” Sana laughed.
The conversation continued, just without my opinion in it.
I just kept thinking: Things change, people leave, and life doesn’t stop for anybody. (A/N: gotten from Perks of Being A Wallflower)
