“Hey Justin?”

“Yeah Chrissy?”

“Are you excited?”

“About what Chrissy?”

“About the premier!” I exclaimed, failing to hide my glee.

“I guess...” I murmured, not looking up from his phone.

We were in his living room, sitting down while I watched an episode of Pretty Little Liars and Justin checked his phone and was furiously texting someone.

It was a bit annoying; really, the fact that he was on his phone so much but we both had our things.

“Justin!” I yelled, stealing his phone. “Ooh Look! Hayden Panettiere thinks you’re cute!”

“Yeah, too bad I’m not single.” He winked, grasping my hand and pulling me to him. “Give my phone back!”

“Not until you tell me you’re excited for the premier!” I shrieked.

“Come on!”

“You’ve worked so hard for the movie! I want a bit of enthusiasm!”

“Fine! Fine! I’m excited.” He chuckled, “But only because you’re my date.”

“Why not because of the movie?”

“I’ve been to enough premiers.” He said, “It’s getting old.”

“Look at you being all modest!”

“I just mean that I don’t really find watching myself on screen anything exciting.”

“But this movie’s the best you’ve ever done!” I chatted.

“And why is that?”

“Dunno, just a guess.” I said, “You’ve got a nice cast working with you.”

Justin raised his eyebrows. “You’re not mad at Alyssa anymore?”

“No. I still am.” I replied, sighing, “But I don’t want to kill her anymore...I think.”

“Well that’s a plus.” He said, “It’s been odd to go to work and have scenes with her where we’re in love and then come back to you and actually have romantic feelings for you all while you two hate each other.”

“yeah, that must be hard.” I acknowledged.

“Plus, I wouldn’t want to be in a relationship with a murderer.”

“That too.” I agreed.

“Maybe you two will make up at the premier.”

“Doubtful. I still don’t want to.”

“You’re a surprising person, Chrissy.”

“So?”

“You can surprise yourself too.”

“Red looks hot on you.”

“You mean I make red look hot?” I corrected, winking Justin.

“Oh Chrissy. What’s the point of me complimenting you when you do it better yourself?”

“Because I like it better when you say it.” I told him.

Justin and I were in his car, making our way to the Premier of ‘The Things We Wish To Forget’ his new movie.

I was quite nervous actually; I had successfully managed to avoid Alyssa until tonight.
