I woke by hearing loud music blasted all over the house. Downstairs, I heard Sana, Lizzie, Annabelle and Alyssa sing high school musical songs at top of their voices.

Not something I wanted to wake up to.

What time was it?

I checked my phone and saw that it was 2pm.

Oh my god! I was late for class. I immediately got up and put on my glasses. There was no time to put on my contacts.

I quickly took a five minute shower and put on what looked like a shirt I had borrowed from Alyssa and a pair of shorts I had no idea how they had made their way to my room.

I examined myself in the mirror and frowned. Not you’re best work, Chrissy I told myself.

I quickly French-braided my hair and looked at the striped half sleeve shirt and black shorts I was wearing. I sighed, I had planned a whole outfit for today and mysteriously, couldn’t find it. Though I had a sneaky suspicion Annabelle was too lazy to find something for her to wear so she stole my outfit. Sure enough, when I rushed downstairs, I found my outfit on Bella.

“Hey gorgeous girls! I am sooo late!” I said. “Alyssa, god bless you for making some coffee and this muffin.”

“Good morning, well good afternoon to you Chrissy. No problem. It’s part of my job description to make you guys breakfast.” Alyssa said.

“Honey, what exactly are you late for?” Bella asked me.

“For school!” I said

“I thought you said you were off today and tomorrow.” Sana chimed in.

I looked at my friends.

“What day is it?” I asked.

“Sunday….Chrissy, you are out of it today.” Lizzie said.

I paused to consider this. I was out of it. And just like that, everything about yesterday flooded in my memory.

“You guys, what, what happened yesterday?” I asked, cautiously, as if my memory would turn out to be altered and I had just imagined the whole thing.

“Oh my god. One direction is hotter in person. I was going to die.” Alyssa said.

“At least you kept your cool Lyssi! You’re a nice house! I can’t believe I said that!” Bella complained.

“Louis is amazing! I can’t believe he asked me out!” Lizzie said.

Pin drop silence.

“OMGAWD!!! WHAT THE HELL DID YOU JUST SAY?” Annabelle yelled.

“WHY ARE WE HEARING ABOUT THIS RIGHT NOW?” Alyssa yelled too.

“Okay. Wait. Wait.” I started but no one was listening. It was time to yell. “WAIT!!!”

All of the girls looked at me.

“Let me get this straight. Lizzie is dating Louis, the famous boy from One Direction.  Alyssa and Harry have a thing. Zayn asked for Sana’s number and Annabelle and Liam are basically dating. And what happened between me and Niall? Please, please tell me it wasn’t what I thought it was.” I said.
