Blade tapped my shoulder to wake me up, I'm glad it was him and not anyone else, they probably would have slapped me in the back of the head.

We grabbed our bags and went to a hotel.

A hotel? Great...

We checked into the nearest hotel, where the matchups for the rooms were Patch and Sixer in one room, Blade and Grizz in another, and I got my own room.

As we all hung out in my room until we had to go to Glass's parents house, I received a text from Amèlie.

Amèlie: "Did you all make it there alright?"

Crow: "Yeah, we're all fine here, thanks <3"

Amèlie: "Good, how are you feeling? Mentally I mean."

Crow: "I'm doing good"

Amèlie: "Ok bébé. Be safe for me, ok?"

Crow: "I promise."

The conversation ended there, and I looked up to see all of the guys betting on how long Grizz can hold the iron to his thigh.

These guys are a hunch of idiots

I laughed to myself.

We waited around for a few hours until it was time we left (Patch won the bet, 26 minutes was his bet and 26:32 was the time)

We drove to the given address, way out in the middle of nowhere.

All of the us were singing "sweet Caroline" on the way there (except blade, stone cold bitch) having tons of fun before we got all sad.

__

I knocked on the door, and we were greeted with Glass's mother, who was extremely distraught.

She introduced herself, Meredith, and her husband, Bradley.

They guided us out to the backyard, where there was a bunch of extended family.

As the ceremony started, a few people went up to give speeches.

Meredith went up to the podium

Meredith: "I now request Daniel's (Glass's real name) squad leader, 'Crow,' to give a testimony of his death."

She nodded to me, I cleared my throat and stood up.

Crow: "Glass's untimely death affected all of us on Delta-7.

Overwatch agents had attempted to attack us, and we were locked in a skirmish for around half an hour.

Right before we were about to have a successful exfil, a shot from the Terrorist known as 'Soldier 76' tore through Daniel's abdomen."

Many gasps filled the air

Crow: "We returned fire to no avail. I held Daniel as he died. His last request was to let his parents know how much he loved him."

I turned to his parents.

Crow: "You're son was a Hero. And he loved you two, so incredibly mu-"

I was stopped by a dart sinking into my neck.

The team immediately pulled out their guns and searched for the sniper.

The crowd erupted into panic

So this is what it's like on the other side

My body slammed onto the ground, and my vision went black.

A familiar British voice drew near

"Gotcha." She said.

Prisoner.. that's my title now.

___

Ooooh it's getting good
