"DO YOU GUYS want anything before we start?" Amina shook her head as she watched Luca do the same in the corner of her eye. Polo sighed before nodding his head. "Okay then, let's get started."

Jacob grabbed a notebook and pen as he set his phone down and pressed record on his voice memo app. "Okay so what do you want to go for?"

"Well, let's just go from this," Polo said. "Do you guys want a club banger or a midnight crying concert?"

Amina opened and closed her mouth. Her music was a mixture of both, but more of the midnight crying for the most part. Luca's music on the other hand were all club music and dance party music. They were polar opposites when it came to their music.

Amina looked at Luca who was already staring at her. "It's up to you," she muttered with a small shrug.

She really didn't care what she sang when it came to him. It was his single, which meant it was his and Brandy's choice as to what they wanted for him to sing. Whatever he wanted to do with it Amina had no choice but to agree to it-but with him it didn't seem like he wanted to do what he was supposed to. He wanted to listen and do whatever Amina was comfortable with doing.

Luca smiled at her as he turned to Jacob and Polo. "Slow."

"Is this single going to be on your album?" Polo asked, an unsure tone lacing his words.

"If it gets enough streams I don't see why Brandy's wouldn't have it on there." Jacob answered for Luca.

Polo nodded. "What's the theme of your album?"

Luca scoffed, leaning back into couch. "Whatever Brandy wants it to be."

Did he not have any say of what he wanted to sing or what he wanted his all him to focus on? No, that can't be it-Brandy wouldn't take that important right away from one of his artists. He wouldn't, would he?

She knew Luca didn't have any respect for Brandy, and it was clear as day their was a bitter hatred between the two. She noticed it at the club, and she fully realized it at the meeting. Whatever the two went though, it was something beyond repair. The once father son relationship was burned to the ground and replaced with anger and hatred for one another.

Would Brandy's hatred for Luca include not letting him do what he wanted with his music? Would he take away the one thing Luca was passionate about and turn it into something he was forced to write without his heart?

"Let's do a little bit of both." Amina offered, sneaking a glance at Luca with furrowed eyebrows.

Polo nodded his head. "We'll look into that."

Jacob nodded his head as he wrote something down in his notebook. "Now," he looked up at Luca and Amina with raised eyebrows. "Love or break up song?"

Amina turned wide eyed to Luca who smiled amused. She hadn't thought about what they'd be singing about. The entire idea of a love song flew right over her head. The entire time she was so worried about when they'll be able to write rather than what they'll be writing.

A love song shouldn't be anything she was nervous about, so why was she? Just the idea of singing an intimate song with Luca made her awkward and nervous.

"Their doing a love song." Brandy informed, walking into the studio with his eyes locked on his phone.

Everyone looked up at brandy wide eyed as he took a seat in the far corner. Amina looked at Luca who was too busy glaring at brandy to notice her awkward look.

"Love song it is," Jacob muttered as he wrote it down. "What's the feel of it you want to go with?"

Brandy wanted to do a love song, but a love song could go a million ways. What kind of love song could give a person sad vibes, but also make them dance without relaxing what their dancing to? She wanted the song to be something anyone could love. The writers would appreciate the lyrics of the song while the dancers appreciated the music. The single would be a depressed love story with a club feel to it.

There were so many stages of love-so many ways to write a love song. Although Amina has never been in love, she felt one of the attractions that led to love.

Want.

"Wanting." Amina answered, causing all men to look at her with raised eyebrows.

"What?" Jacob asked unsure as Luca adjusted himself beside her to fully turn his upper body to her.

She knew that to write a good song she needed to feel the emotion. Though she was never in love, she felt the emotion of wanting someone. The intoxicating feeling of wanting them beside you, holding you, touching you. She felt the slow tension of wanting someone-and the person she wanted more than anything say beside her ever since she met him.

"The hardest stage of the love. The slow tension," Amina explained to Jacob and Polo. She refrained herself from looking into Luca brining gaze, knowing that if she did she wouldn't be able to form any words. "The feeling of wanting them, but being afraid about whether or not you'll be allowed to have them."

She played with her fingertips when she saw Jacob flicker his eyes to Luca with a knowing smile. Was she that obvious when it came to her growing feelings for Luca?

The thought of writing a love song with him surely was every new artists dream, hell it was her dream when she before she came to Hollywood. Why was it different now?

Love songs were her speciality when it came to song writing. She knew how to write her way into listeners heart and make them either love the idea of being in love, or fear it. She didn't know the feeling of being in love, but from the books she read she was able to copy characters attraction towards each other and put it into music.

The idea of love to Amina wasn't something she ever had time for. Before her mother died Amina resented the idea of love since she didn't grow up in a household with a happily married parents, but rather a single heartbroken mother who was growing sick and sicker by the days. But as she grew older the idea of love to her was something that no one would be willing to give her. She wasn't an open person, and if no one bothered to let her open up she never was.

So why was the idea of wanting Luca so weird to her? At that, why wasn't she scared that she was attracted and connected to Luca in a way she was with no one else in her life? Being by him out her at ease and calmed down any anxiety she had. She wanted to talk to him and listen to whatever story he wanted to tell her. She wanted him to tell her anything just so she'd hear his voice for hours.

Luca nodded his head slightly dazed. "I like that." He cleared his throat quickly. "I mean like, I like the idea of that. We should use that."

Jacob snickered as Polo smiled knowingly. Feelings her face burn up, Amina rubbed her knee as she exhaled softly.

"What you say about that Pa? A love song about wanting someone?"

Brandy looked up from his phone at Jacobs question. "Let's see how it turns out and well see."

Am laughed when Luca brought his arm around her shoulders and shook her excitedly. She looked up to see him already smiling down at her.

Jacob clapped his hands as he looked at the two singer mischievously. "Let's write a love song."
