I was so wiped out after all that happened yesterday, I fell asleep in Roman's arms, I also woke in them. I thank the Goddess for him, I would have been so adrift yesterday had he not been there to tether me.
Kind makes me think of this 98° song my Tia put on once, there was a line saying "your my sunshine after the rain" well he's that and so much more.

"What about me?"

Startled I ask, "whose this and did I say that out loud just now?"

"Clam down mate, I'm Luca, Roman's wolf and no you were thinking it"

"Oh, hi Luca! Ofcourse I'm thankful for you too, you are Roman, he is you, I can't have one without the other and I never would want that. I love you both!" I think at him.

Luca: we love you more than anything, we wish we could have done more yesterday

"Dont be sad, you both make me feel so loved, you took care of me, you gave me what I needed," I think with all the love and sincerity I have.

"You two are loud! now, I'm hungry," Roman grumbles.

"We are not!" Luca and I say at the same time.

Rolling his eyes, Roman rolls on top of me kissing my mark. Letting out a breathy moan I ask, "what happened to being hungry?"
"I dont remember saying for food, atleast not yet," he says with roaming hands.
I let out a short laugh before he shorts out my brain, needless to say we dont get down stairs till after noon, by then I'm ravenous.
Mira is in the kitchen with her mate, they are making lunch. "So what cha making it smells good?" I say sniffing the air causing them to laugh.
"Good afternoon! I thought the bed swallowed you," Mira teases.
"Something did," Roman deadpans causing Constantine to choke on his drink at the table, me to turn into a tomato, and Zack to crack up.
Mira stands there with her mouth open caught between shock and wanting to be grossed out and trying not to laugh.
"Roman Christopher Lunas! Language your baby siblings dont need to hear that!" His mom comes into the kitchen holding Maddie.
"Sorry mom," he apologized.
"You ok Maddie?" I ask concerned, she looks kind of pale.
"She will be fine dear she just ate too much candy after I told her no more this morning," Mama Nickie said.
"I'm sorry mama it was good," Maddie says in a sad voice.
"How do you feel now though? Do you still want more?" Mama Nickie asks.
I guess just thinking of it was too much, she wiggles out of her mom's hold and runs for the bathroom where we hear her throwing up. Sighing Mama Nickie follows her baby girl.
I decide to make her something to calm her stomach and get to it. The others watch as I make her a stomach calming tonic, once it's done I put some in a cup and take it to Maddie who is once again vomiting.
"Here baby sis this will make you feel better, remember next time mom says "no more" you stop k?" I say in a soothing voice.
Sniffing, with the tears on her face she looks from me to her mom and back, "I promise mama."
Taking the cup in her little hands she drinks the tonic. "It tastes like grape juice," she says, "it's good." She let's out a yawn, it has also made her a little sleepy.
Picking her up Mama Nickie says, "thankyou sweetie, I'm going to put her down for a nap."
"No problem, I'm just glad I could help her feel better," I say.
Once I walk back into the kitchen I hear.
"How did you learn to make that?" Zack asked warily.
I sit at the table across from him. "My Tia Willow is a light witch, she has been teaching me. I wanted to learn healing medicines and magics to help people. I may not remember much, but I know how it is to be in dire need of help. I want to be able to help if I can, I'm also going to try learning hex removal magics and techniques, but it's very difficult and I may not have the aptitude for it," I tell him.
"I thought you wanted to be a librarian," He says. Fiddling with his thumbs.
Smiling I say, "that would be my day job."
"Oh I see," he nods. Looking down at the tabletop he takes a breath, then lifting his eyes, he makes eye contact with me. "I'm sorry! I know that we miss judged you, and for knocking you into the lockers, I know just saying that, it's not enough, and after knowing the truth and some of the shit you were lucky to survive, I'm so sorry Ivy!" He said with tears in his eyes.
Standing I move to his side of the table, I placed my hand on his shoulder, "your family to me now. So try not to be so hard on yourself," I give him a sympathetic smile.
Mira came up and wrapped her arms around him, "shes right Zack, dont be so hard on yourself, and remember shes our future Luna," she says with a smile.
Roman wraps his arms around me from behind resting his head on mine.
Have I told you how much I love being in his arms?
"If you still feel that bad, how bout you teach her to protect herself with hand to hand techniques?" Roman tosses out there.
Feeling my apprehension he murmurs into my ear, "Ivy baby, I want you to be able to protect yourself if you have to, I love you, it would break my heart if," he stops unable to finish his sentence.
Turning in his arms I whisper in his ear, "I'll train if it helps put your mind at ease, I love you too, I would feel lost without you." I kiss his lips softly then place my forehead on his.
"Can I help too?"
Turning I see Tori, she looks nervous, clearing her throat, "I'm So Sorry," she hiccups and her eyes fill with tears.
I release myself from Roman and go up to Tori, she is a few inches taller than me, but she a bit hunched over in her sadness. I dont want her to feel sad, so I do what comes naturally to me, I envelop her in a hug. "Stop being so hard on yourself," I say.
Pulling back I say, "ok we're starting over, Hi! My name is Ivy Littlewood it's nice to meet you!" I stick out my hand.
Smiling Tori and Zack copy me, it's our honor to meet you, we are the Page siblings, I'm Zack and I'm Tori," they say with smiles.
Sam came in with a raised eyebrow, "Did I miss something?" He asks.
"Just them restarting," Roman says.
"Nice I was coming to ask if you guys wanted to watch the new movie I rented called "Greenland" I hear it's supposed to be good," he asks.
"I'll get the popcorn!" Yells Lici as she walks into the kitchen with Ruben.
"Yay movie night!" Us girls call out making the guys laugh.
We file into the living room each couple claiming a spot to sit.
"Let's do this," Sam says putting the movie on as we settle in for our cinematic adventure.

I'll just say this about the movie: it was good and hits you in the feels, or it did for me.
