part two

I got off work around six pm I decided I would go to the  metaphysical store across the street they had anything a witch could need.  I crossed the street and walked into the store
"welcome in!" said the person behind the glass counter they were going through a book
I smiled back at them and used the hand sanitizer by the door and walked to a wall of crystals. I wasn't looking for anything specifically as i walked down i saw a rainbow crochet necklace to hold crystals in so i grabbed that. Next I saw rose calcite it was round and beautiful i hadn't seen it before when i went down to grab it i bumped into the person next to me and made him drop something
"oh i'm so sorry" i picked it up and looked up at him with books and crystals in hand it was ashton
"oh hi" his face lit up a bit and he smiled
"don't worry about it hi" he bent down to hand me the exact crystal i was eyeing how did he know?
"um thank you" i said to him
he nodded "how was the rest of your work day?"
i shrugged  "it was work. how was that bagel?" he smirked
"it was very good thank you." I looked at all the things he had in his arms a tarot deck and beginners guide to crystals
"you a beginner?" i asked as i looked up at him as he was checking me out again he's not very subtle with it
"a bit yeah, i know some stuff i can always learn more though!" he smiled. He started again
"you know i was hoping you'd put down your number on my cup or something" he gave a full laugh and i could feel my face heat up and we started to walk to the cash register
"well ashton if you come back and see me tomorrow.." i started putting down my calcite and grabbing an amethyst bracelet next to the register "maybe you'll get what you want"
he sighed dramatically "ugh really i have to wait till tomorrow?!" i payed for my things and thanked the worker as they handed me my bag and i turned to ashton with a cute smirk on his face.
"yes i can't just give my number to a random cute Australian guy that walks into my work" i didn't mean to call him cute but it seemed to fluster him as i walked by. he chuckled again i could get used to that sound
"fine it will be worth the wait i'm sure" i pushed open the door .
"i hope you're right bye till tomorrow" and walked out the door and back across the street to my car i sat in my car for a second starring at nothing until i turned it on.
"oh my god i don't know what came onto me like what happened i've never done that before holy shit that's so weird" among talking to myself i saw ashton walk out of the store and hopefully before he saw me freaking out in my car i pulled away to go home.
