Lex POV
I walk out of the cafe, hot chocolate in hand, and turn the corner to go to my car. I am on my way to have lunch with Jackson, but I just had to get something to warm me up.
I look down, reaching into my bag trying to unearth my keys, when I hear a pure angelic voice.
"Hello, Alexis."
I look up, startled, and see a man leaning up against my car like he's modeling it. He's is divinely beautiful, with blonde hair, and wearing a dark denim jacket over a white t-shirt, tight torn jeans, and black combat boots.
"Uh, hello?" I manage to say, "Can I ask who you are and how you know my name?"
He gracefully pushes off the car and steps towards me. "Hobi's told me a lot about you."
"Hobi?" I question.
The gorgeous guy laughs. "Hoseok. Hobi is his nickname," he stops in front of me, a smile painting his full lips. "I'm Jimin. Hoseok's brother."
"Ah, I see. Nice to meet you, Jimin," I say, mentally noting how this family must be blessed by the heavens with good, check that, great genes. "I apologize, but Hoseok hasn't mentioned much about his family, other than that you all live together. But it is good to finally meet one of you guys."
"Yeah, we tend to keep kind of private," Jimin answers back, running his hand through his hair, pushing it away from his eyes. "Our jobs tend to require the utmost in discrepancy so we need to keep a lower profile."
"Hm. Yes, Hoseok mentioned as much," I reply. I bit my lip, contemplating if I should ask my next question.
Jimin tilts his head slightly and smirks. "You seem like you have something on your mind."
"Oh, um, yeah. It's jut that... well, did Hoseok really not have a phone before recently?" I ask.
His throws his head back with musical laughter. "Yes, it's true, he didn't have a phone before," He chuckles at my blank expression. "Actually, none of us do. We just don't really need them."
"I can't even pretend to understand," I mutter in disbelief.
Jimin chuckles again, his eyes forming crescents.
"Oh, I'm sorry, but I really need to get going," I say, remembering my previous commitment. "Was there something you need before I go?"
"No, no. I was just in the area and saw what I thought was your car from how Hobi's described it, and wanted to meet you. He's told me so much about you, I recognized you right away."
I duck my head, blushing. My stomach flutters at the thought of Hoseok telling his family about me. "Well, he's pretty great himself."
"One of the best," he says.
"Well, I better get going so I'm not late. If you see Hoseok before I do, will you tell him hi for me?" I say, unlocking my car and opening the door.
"Absolutely," he confirms.
"Thanks! Oh, and it was really great meeting you, Jimin. I hope to meet more of your brothers,"
I say and slide into my car.
"Same here," he calls back, "Oh, and Lex, I can see why he likes you." He gives a small wave and turns and walks around the corner.
I pull up to Jackson's apartment and step out of my car. It's a quite the upscale building, complete with a doorman. I inform him who I'm there to see and he makes a brief call up to Jackson before giving me the apartment number and floor level and waving me on towards the elevator.
