Tendou x Reader

Hands

(Y/N) POV

   The whole way around the roller coaster, Tendou and I couldn't stop laughing. On one of the big drops I floated off my seat and as a reflex I grabbed for the nearest thing which happened to be Tendou's hand. I didn't realize that I was still holding onto it at the end, but once I did, I noticed that he was grabbing it back just as hard. The ride came to a stop and Tendou stepped out of the car, reaching his hand out to help me out. 

   He has such nice hands, damn this boy is the whole package.

   I can feel my heart going mile minute when our hands connect again. Feelings, I've known this boy for less than 10 minutes and I'm already totally into him, fuck. 

  Tendou POV

    She's laughing as we fly across the tracks, I'm not sure if it's the adrenaline or something else, but my heart has sped up so much since I sat down in the car. I loosen up a little and start laughing with her, we go over a bump and out of the corner of my eye I see (Y/N) rise up a little, I reach to pull her down but before I do I feel her hand grab mine. My eyes widen my face turns a brilliant shade of red. 

   Wait this is a perfect opportunity to hold her hand, and I don't need an excuse. No! What am I thinking, I've only known (Y/N) for a few minutes, I can't have caught feelings already. But, her hand is so nice to hold, it fits perfectly in mine, maybe this is a sign. 

 (Y/N) POV

Tendou gets called away by his friend, but before he goes he says goodbye and gives me a powerful high five. I watch him leave and then turn to get my bag from the lockers at the entrance. As I'm walking over I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn to face whoever wanted my attention, and I see Yachi looking overly happy. I wonder what happened?

   "Hey Yachi, what's up with you?" I ask patting her head softly.

   "Not me silly! You! I saw you holding that boys hand, so are you dating?" she asks jumping up and down. I had never seen this side of Yachi, so it was funny for her to be this hyper.

   "No we aren't dating." I say laughing "He just rode the roller coaster with me and we talked about anime, that's it."

   "Mhm sure, but Kiyoko and I still was all the details when get home" she says finally calming down. 

   "Ok, we can do that" I say giggling at her words. 

   Yachi wanders off to find Kiyoko so they can go home and I try and search the crowd for Noya even though it's not easy, since everyone in our group are giants and he's, well, not.

   "Oi! (Y/N) Noya and I are over here!" I hear Tanaka yell from my left and I see him standing on a bench waving at me. 

   I flash him a thumbs up and make my way over to him, the stream of people is troublesome to move through but eventually I arrive at the bench. Noya has his head in a paper bag and his shoulders are dropping. 

   "What happened to him?" I ask Tanaka.

   "He ate way to much cotton candy before that last ride and now it's come to bite him in the ass" he says slapping Noya on the back. "C'mon buddy, get it all up we gotta head home" he says, softening his tone as he talks to Noya. 

   Noya's face appears out of the bag, his face is covered in sweat and he looks like hell, "I'm ok now, let's go home." An obvious lie but he probably wasn't going to let us keep him there. 

   I sit down beside him and rub his back in circles like my mom does when I'm sit, "Take a few minutes before we leave ok, I've gotta go the bathroom anyways" I say standing up. "Can you guys watch my bag?" 

   "Yep."

   I check the map at the entrance to find the nearest bathroom and jog over so I can get back as quick as possible. I'm leaving the washroom and turn onto the main pathway when I smack face first into a solid barrier. 

   I swear that wasn't there before.

   "Oh, sorry are you ok?" the wall ask. Well, it wasn't a wall just person.

   I look up and am met with those dark red eyes again, my heart skips. "O-oh Tendou, hi." I say.

   "(Y/N) hi! I didn't think I'd see you again before I left. And I had to ask you something." Tendou says smiling down at me. 

   He wants to ask me somethings, oh my god could it be?

   "Will you be going to any of the other things that the captains planned this summer?" he ask, not realizing that my mind just went in so many different directions at the previous statement. 

   "Yeah I plan on it, I've got nothing better to do anyways." I say. 

   "Awesome! I was hoping you were. Well I've gotta go but I'll see you soon. Bye!" he says turning and running towards the entrance. 

   I stand still for a second, He wanted me to come! I try and suppress the grin that was creeping onto my face. I run back the way I came, my mood boosting through the roof. 

   Now I usually don't act this around guys, most of the time I can keep my cool and no one would be the wiser about my feelings but something about Tendou makes me go all soft inside, i just can't put my finger on what yet. 

Tendou POV

   Ushijima is gonna be so proud of me when I tell him I met a girl that isn't scared of me, I think as I skip along the pavement.
