Just as said in the last special this chapter is coming out. Now this may seem rushed as i am typing this with a deadline i did to myself. Now time to continue this chaos.
Last Time
Todoroki looks out into the water trying to have the slightest chance of still seeing Midoriya but now he's out of reach when he needs to hold onto him the most—————————————————————————————————————————————————————-
Narrator POV
Todoroki stared at the ocean for who knows how long in disbelief that they successfully took Midoriya away.
Toya went over to Kirishima and Bakugo and helped them stand up and held them up until they could keep their balance on their own.
Endeavor let out a tch before saying, "Well at least that bothersome waste of space is out of your way Shoto. Now you can finally focus on your goals of becoming king and making me even more powerful."
Toya glared at his so called father and went back to his siblings Fuyumi and Natsu and led them to a cave. Todoroki slowly looked over at Endeavor with hatred in his eyes.
"Midoriya is not a waste of space! I generally care for him because he cares for me! Some stranger I barely know is better of a person then my own father!" Todoroki yelled out in rage and angrily walked over to the ocean staring into the clear water.
"Hey Shoto, if you want to go after him, I know some people who could help." Toya said. Todoroki looks over at Toya before nodding and walking over to him.
"Hey uh you seem close to Midobro so I'm wondering if me and Bakubro here can come with you two. We are friends to Midobro and don't want him to be in danger." Kirishima says as he takes slow steps towards Toya and Todoroki. Bakugo is looking at the ground also slowly walking towards them.
Toya looks at the two for a second before nodding and saying "Shoto its obviously they aren't used to legs yet so use your ice to help them follow faster." Todoroki nods before using ice to help the two pretty much slide next to them. "Don't move as ice is slippery," Todoroki says.
"Alright lets go already we cannot waste time." Toya says while walking ahead. Todoroki quickly follows summoning his ice to help Kirishima and Bakugo slide along with them.

"We are here," Toya says while pointing at a small house in the back of town. "We had to go all the way to the back of town?" Todoroki questions with Toya nodding. "What could be so special about the people here." Bakugo says with annoyance.
"They're the ones who gave me info only them and I know" Toya says before doing a special knock on the door. A mysterious woman opens the door and looks at the four before looking at Toya.
"Who are they?" She asks. Toya replies with, "My younger brother and two friends you could say." The woman looks around and pulls them inside and closes the door.
"Wow Jirou your house has not changed one bit" Toya says while looking around. "Shut it just tell me what you want. Jirou replies. "Do you have any way to turn us into creatures that can go underwater?" Toya says. Jirou looks around her shelf before yelling, "Denki get down here and help me!"
A boy will yellow hair and a streak of black in it comes running down the stairs up to Jirou, "What do you need help with now?" He says while looking at the four. "Are you aware of anything that can turn these four into creatures that can go underwater?" Jirou asks.
Denki looks at Kirishima and Bakugo and says, "Well the red hair can turn into a sea serpent and a shark like creature while the blonde can turn into a merman," he turns over to Toya and Todoroki and thinks for a bit before saying, "The two colored hair can turn into a merman with a spell while Toya can be turned into a male siren with also a spell." Denki says.
"You got this info from Sero didn't you and his fortune thing?" Jirou says with Denki nodding. "Toya this will a lot of money think you can afford it?" Toya sighs before nodding.
Jirou goes through her shelves looking through her books looking for the right spells. After a while she finds the right spells and shows them to Denki. Jirou and Denki grab a few things and mixes them together with a different spell. "Alright Toya and his brother you just need to touch this and the second you touch a body of water you will turn into these creatures.
The two touch the light and the whole room lights up. The light dies down to show everything normal. Toya says thanks and pays the two and start walking out. Todoroki follows once again bringing Kirishima and Bakugo sliding on ice.
They walk all the way back to the beach and look at the water. "We need to save Midoriya" Todoroki says with determination.

Narrator POV
Once Midoriya fully got into the water he turned into his merman form. Toga turned into her siren form, Overhaul turned into a merman form, and Hawks turned into a shark-human with big fins on his back.
Midoriya knew he couldn't outswim them if he tried so he decided to cooperate with them for the time being. Overhaul starts to speak, "Now follow us, if you dare try to escape i will kill you." Midoriya nods.
The three start swimming in a type of pattern so if Midoriya tried to escape at least one of them would see him do it. After a while they make it back to Shigarakis lair.
Midoriya slightly shivers from the memory of last being there. He really wondered why Shigaraki needed him. Hawks starts pushing him inside far enough to where Midoriya can see Shigaraki.
Midoriya quickly takes his trident away from Toga and holds it close to him. "Now what do you want" Midoriya says to Shigaraki.
Shigaraki reveals his face and looks at Midoriya with a smirk on his face. "Well i could tell you broke out of one of my spells and i am certainly impressed, of course that made me curious and i just had to know the reason. So i spent a spy to observe you for a bit and from their gathered information it had to of been from that prince boy am i right?"
Midoriya gulps before nodding and saying, "Well whatever you do don't hurt him."
Shigaraki looks to the side before looking back at Midoriya. "Well i know he only has ice and fire powers so i figured it was because of some emotional connection" Shigaraki says.
"If you know your reason then why did you need me here?" Midoriya asks. Shigarakis grin grows larger. "I've known about his power even before he had it! I oh so want it! So I'm going to need to do an experiment to see how much he cares for you and if i can get his power from it. How does that sound?"
"Of course I would never agree to that!" Midoriya yells at him. "Who said it was your choice?" Shigaraki says while using his tentacles to grab the trident from Midoriyas hands and keeping him still.
"The big show is about to start, and you're the star"

A l r i g h t well i started this at 11:00 and finished at 11:43 so technically i finished on time
Also as i was rereading my chapters i realized i was making Midoriya kinda a softie so now i need to fix that in upcoming chapters.
Also also Denki is smarter boy in this, and speaking of that i finally introduced more characters yay
Now never expect another chapter for who knows how long because school is starting again TwT
