"Shigaraki improves, alright, a deal is a deal." He holds out his hand for him to make the deal 100%. I grabbed his hand and shook it. The deal was official.

Midoriya POV
I thought it over. I just made the deal official... but.. am I sure I want this? Agh I already made the deal I can't go back now!

He made himself fully visible, not gonna lie he looked terrifying and I felt a shiver go down my spine.

He used one of his hands and put it up to my neck. Hold on. Is he trying to kill me?! "No worries..." he smirked. "This won't hurt." He laughed. He gripped my neck and I felt my emotions being drained from me.

Eventually he finally let go and I didn't move. "Thanks little boy, alright alright I will make you human now." He grabbed me by my wrist and took me up to the surface.

Once the sunlight shined on our faces he started saying something. Before I knew it a big gust of wind went around me and I felt a lot of pain on my lower body.

Wait- if you're emotionless how can I feel pain? I guess that's one thing he didn't take- OWWWW. I felt myself slip from consciousness.

Todoroki POV
I was walking down the shoreline with Toya and Fuyumi. I had my hands in my pockets and I was looking down.

I really had a bad feeling for Midoriyas safety for some reason. "Shoto what's wrong?" Fuyumi asked softly, I slightly flinched cause I was so deep in thought.

"Nothing is, don't worry about it." I reassured her. "If it's our old man I need to know." She said again. "It's not Fuyumi, like I said it's not important."

I looked down again and in the corner of my eye I was watching the calm waves. "Hey! Shoto look!" Fuyumi was shaking me.

"What is it-" I looked over of where she was pointing and I saw a boy- he looked unconscious and was just laying on the sand, seeming like he was struggling to breathe.

He barely had any clothes on- I mean he had pants but they were all tore up. I ran over to him without a second thought and slid down next to him.

He looked very familiar... that fluffy green hair.. this can't be Midoriya right?! No no Midoriya was a mer-person.

Toya and Fuyumi came over and kneeled down next to him. "He seems to be in bad shape." Toya said. I nodded. "He looks unconscious.. get some water Shoto, maybe that will wake him up." Fuyumi told me.

I nodded again and went over to the water. But.. when I touched the water with my right hand it seemed to be... slowly turning into ice?!

W-Wait.. this isn't the snowflake people's power is it?! I'm just imagining things right? I then heard Toya run over to me and he looked at the now icy water and he looked back at me with my shocked and confused expression.

"Heh.. seems like your magic has unleashed." He smiles at me. "This is a bad thing!" I could hear the own panic in my voice. "Not if you use it properly and use it for the right intentions." Toya tried to reassure me.

I think after he said that I started to calm down. "Touch the icy water with your left hand." Toya told me. I did what he said and I put my left hand on the icy water and it miraculously melted.

I slightly gasped. Toya had a smile on his face and I could tell Fuyumi was looking over smiling as well. I can't believe I have these abilities...

Toya POV
I'm proud Shoto unleashed his magic that has been stored inside him for so long. But there is also consequences.

I heard the legends, I've seen them. So I know this is true. Shigaraki is after his power. He wants to take over the water and possibly the land.

He lost his battle with the so called water god All Might. To be honest I question who would win in a fight. The water god All Might and the now earth god Endeavor, or Enji Todoroki.

Eh that doesn't matter at the moment. Right now I have to worry about Shoto and this random boy.

Midoriya POV
I felt pain all over my lower body. It feels like my tail was split in half.

Agh it hurts so bad.

I slowly open my eyes and all I see is sunlight. It hurts my eyes so I cover them with my hands. "He's awake!" I heard a girl yell.

Something took the hands off my face and my eyes looked right into a specific pair of eyes I swear I have seen before..
