-3 Years Later-

Little Hope and Elizabeth walked down the halls of their home each carrying a white rose. Giggles were heard behind them as their sister Mary came running down followed by their mother carrying Cecily. In the three short years since the twins were born Elizabeth had no boys with Edward. Only her two eldest with her former husband. Though it was not for a lack of trying.

"Hope, Lizzie. Take Mary's hand." Elizabeth asked of her twins. The girls stopped and did as they were asked. The five of them were leaving for a journey on their way the had to stop a couple of times to relive themselves

"Where's Papa?" Hope questioned making her way back to her mother.

"I told you he's travelling his Kingdom, we're riding to join him." Elizabeth told her and she helped them back into the carriage. Elizabeth heard horses approaching, she saw it was her father and brothers.

"Father what are you doing here?" she wondered walking the short distance over to them.

"We are to ride with you. There is a rebellion, a Robin Readsdale." he answered coming to a stop.

"That's a fanciful name for some petty rebel father. Edward will stamp it all out in a heartbeat." She brushed off the concern believing in her husband.

"Someone is paying the men, Elizabeth, they have strong new boots and this is Warwick's country." Her father tried to implore the seriousness of it all.

"Warwick? What threat is Warwick to us now?" Elizabeth questioned

"This is no joke Elizabeth."

"It is certain. There a thousands of men in arms under Warwick orders. He's Kingmaking again." Anthony stated Elizabeth looked towards her brother in fright before taking her place back in the carriage and taking herself and the children to Edward.

Elizabeth stepped out of the carriage and helped her daughter out, one by one. Hope looked around.

"Where's Papa?" Hope questioned holding onto Lizzie's hand "Where's Papa, Mama?" she looked around for her father but could not see him.

"You will see him soon now go with Catherine, go on." She encoraged them to be led away and she waited for Edward and her sons. Soldiers raced around her performing vital tasks. When Richard and Thomas came running out.

"Mother!" Elizabeth embraced them as Edward walked over to join them. He kissed his wife then pulled away.

"I knew Warwick was angry, but I never imagined he would raise his own army against me. He has betrayed me and so has George for now I hear he has married Isabelle against my clear command." Edward informed Elizabeth as he went inside. "Warwick's plan must be to put him upon the throne instead of me."

"Are you sure..."

"I am sure of nothing. We have stood shoulder to shoulder upon the battlefield at the battle of Mortimurs cross. There were three suns in the sky. Three Suns!" he exclaimed "Everybody said it was a sign from God. For me, Richard and George. The three sons of York. So how can one brother betray the others!" Edward yelled walking into a room where Richard was

"With Warwick, the man you thought was your friend." Richard replied joining the conversation.

"Who else betrays us with them? Our mother is not here. She is sure to attend their wedding. George is her darling after all." Edward paced back and forth in anger

"Why would she back George instead of you?"

"The old story. Whether I am my fathers son. Whether I am legitimate!" he yelled slamming his hands down on the table "George will say that I am the bastard and that he is the true York Heir." he seethed. Just then without anyone noticing Hope had found her way to her father.

"Papa." They all turned to the little girl, who stood there looking up at her family while playing with her dress.

"Hope? What are you doing here? You're supposed to be with your sisters." Elizabeth sighed picking the little girl up.

"Papa." was all that she replied looking at her father. Edward rubbed his faced and calmed down enough to force a smile.

"Come here." he took his daughter in his arms "What you did was very dangerous coming to find me on your own. You must never do that again, okay?" she nodded and messed with the collar of her fathers shirt.

"Well will go and scorch this snakes nest before it comes out of the ground." Edward told his family.

"Papa go to battle? Papa win." Hope smiled at her father.

"I will my sweet. But now you must return to your sisters and be good. No more wondering off, these are dangerous times." Edward handed Hope back over to her mother.

The next day, Elizabeth wished luck to her family and her husband as they went to deal with the simmers of the uprising. Hope sat in the nursery with her sister playing with her dolls, she scowled

"What wrong sissy?" Lizzie wondered seeing her twins expression

"Someone made Papa mad, he was shouting. It was scary." Hope replied

"Then Papa will knock them down, like always. Right?" she knocked down one of the dolls. Hope thought as hard as she could for a girl her age and then nodded

"Knock them down." she knocked over another doll. A while later The girls were taken to see their mother. Hope held onto Lizzie and her Brother Thomas' hand.
