Things did not get better for the York's. Edward was captured by his brother George and Warwick. He managed to get a letter to Elizabeth to warn her to prepare herself and return to London. To expect her father and brothers who had escaped to make their way to her. To pray that George would not have a son or hope would be lost. When she finished reading the letter Anthony arrived solemnly

"Anthony, we must go to London. Warwick has captured Edward and is coming after me. Are father and John with you? Edward said we must go to London." Elizabeth rambled as Anthony tried to speak with her

"Sister." he grabbed her by the arms. "Our father and John..they're dead." he told her and Elizabeth pushed him away.

"How?"

"They were beheaded With no charge, no trial only the word of Warwick." he explained and Elizabeth refused to believe

"Edward said you all escaped."

"There was an ambush. They were waiting on the road ahead." Anthony continued as it finally hit her.

"No, Anthony no!" she sobbed in his arms. They both sobbed in grief of their lost ones snatched away from them.

Anthony escorted Elizabeth and the children back to London. Hope looked out of the carriage wondering why everything was so quiet and so sad.

"Hope." Lizzie pulled her twin away from the window and too her hand. On their way back, Elizabeth visioned her father and brother's death. Upon their arrival The Woodvilles rejoined their mother. Now Elizabeth sat in the grounds of the tower of London talking with her mother.

"What kind of monster is he?" Elizabeth cried "No charge, no trial, no chance for a defence." she paced back and forth.

"It was an execution" Jacquetta breathed

"Well I shall have his head for it. Warwick cannot go unpunished. I cannot bear it mother." Elizabeth shook her head

"Your father knew the risks. God knows it wasn't his first battle." Jacquetta took out a letter that her husband had send her. "He sent me this before they killed him. He tells me to be happy." she gave Elizabeth a teary smile as Elizabeth joined her.

"Sends you his love." she began crying "John is lost to me. He had his whole live ahead of him. When you raise a boy and he becomes a man you try to believe that he is safe and that you are safer from heartbreak."

"I should have known. i have the sight I should have seen it."

"Edwards mother will know this pain. She will know the loss of her son George, I swear it. You have lost a son and so shall she." Elizabeth vows

"What shall that achieve. It will not bring them back and there will be war again." Jacquetta shook her head

"But they still have Edward!" she explained "I must avenge my father and my brother or god knows I shall go mad. I tried to do it differently, i tried to do what Edward asked and make them my friends. But now I want them dead!" her mother nodded and handed her the letter.

"Tear off a corner." Jacquetta told Elizabeth "Write their names on it in blood. Keep the charm, keep it in the darkness. Do it by the riverside on the waining moon." And that is what she did when the winging moon was at it's fullest she pricked her finger and made it bleed on a leaf then used a quill to write down the names

"Richard Neville, Earl of Warwick I curse you. George Plantangent Duke of Clarence I curse you too." she folded up the small piece of paper and hide it in a locket. "By my quill, you both shall die." she cursed then holding the charm over a burning flame."
