The first chapter of the new book is up!!! It is called Rose-Anna Dursley and will be a bit different from this book. but many of the main plot points will remain. Here's a little preview...

Rose-Anna was one of two babies found on the doorstep of Number 4 Privet Drive in a span of three years. On February 14th, 1979 Rose-Anna was found by the newlywed owners of the house and quickly became their beloved daughter. Two years and another child later, Vernon and Petunia Dursley wakeup November 1st to their nephew on their doorstep. While Rose and Dudley were raised with love and support, Harry wasn't so lucky.

February 20th, 1979

When Petunia Dursley got up that morning, the last thing she expected was to find a baby on her doorstep instead of the morning paper. The baby had been left in a small basket with nothing except a blanket and a letter. As many know winter isn't always kind in England and who knows how long the baby had been outside, making Petunia bring the baby inside without any hesitation.  As she sat the basket on the dining room table, Vernon walked in to help with breakfast.

"Petunia, dear, what is that?" Vernon says from the fridge.

"A baby. She was out on the doorstep when I went to get the paper." Petunia replied as she read the letter found with the baby.

"She?"

"Yes, dear. Come read this." Vernon joined his wife at the table and she hands him the letter.

' To whoever is now caring for my darling daughter,

My name is Cecilia Riddle and if you are reading this I am most likely dead. I have made many mistakes in my life, but Rose-Anna isn't one. She is my beautiful miracle baby and if I could see her grow up I would, but I can't and not in the world her father wants. I hope you can give her the beautiful life she deserves. Her birthday is Valentine's day, she is one week from turning one as I write this. As she grows up she may seem different from other children, be able to do things normal children can't, don't abandon her. A school will reach out when she turns eleven, you must let her go, this is very important to her future. Rose-Anna is now in your hands, please take care of her.

~Cecilia F. Riddle'

After reading the note the couple was silent for a moment, before Petunia speaks up, "What do we do? I can't send her to an orphanage, who knows what will become of her."

"Then we keep her." Vernon decided, "We'll raise her as our own."
