Chapter 27

*Matthews POV* 

We waited for Riley's papers to be signed for a long time so Riley got up to go to the bathroom and change into normal clothes that Shawn brought for her. 

'Do you guys feel that breeze in here?' said Riley. 

She was wearing one of those hospital gowns and her butt was out but I definitely was not going to be the one to tell her. 

'Nah your butt is just out for all of us to see.' Jack J replied.

'Her booty be poppin' Jack G added.

Riley blushed, pulled her gown over her butt and said 'Ugh, you creeps.'

When she left we all started talking about stuff that has been happening in our lives.

'Well I almost killed my girlfriend, whats been happening with you guys?'

Basically Shawn and the Jacks both said that they have been writing lyrics for new songs that are coming out. 

Nash said 'I got this girls number at MAGCON and I texted her but she hasn't texted me back yet which is kinda sad but whatever right.'

DING DING DING

'Oh nevermind she just texted me back guys.'

Everyone started giving Nash high-fives as you do when one of your best friends gets texted back by a girl he likes.

'What does she look like?' said Cam.

Nash showed us a picture and Jack J said 'She looks like Riley.'

'Well she isn't Riley, her name is Taylor.' replied Nash.

'She's prettier than Taylor Swift. She's even prettier than Riley.' said Jack G.

Just then Riley walked into the room and said 'Who's prettier than me? I mean a lot of people are but still who are you guys talking about?' 

'Umm' said everyone except Hayes. What is doing? When did he even get here?

'Well Nash just said he got a girls number at MAGCON and he showed us a picture of her and EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THIS ROOM, except for me, agreed that she was prettier than you. But personally I think that no one is prettier than you Riley.' Hayes said to betray us. 

'Well thanks Hayes, I appreciate your honesty.' she said then kissed Hayes on the cheek. 

Shawn then said 'Well Riley I am allowed to call people prettier than you because if I said you were prettier people might get the wrong idea.' 

Carter then fake coughed said 'incest' and fake coughed again to help out Shawn. 

'Whatever. Just take me back to the hotel before I lose my chill.' 

We all walked out of the hospital in silence. When we got to the hotel we all went straight to our hotel rooms. Before Riley walked into her room I pulled her arm and said 'Riley I didn't say anything about that girl being prettier than you.'

'Well did you think it? Did you say anything to them?'

'No, was I supposed to?'

'Yes Matt. You are my boyfriend, you are supposed to make me feel like I am the prettiest girl in the world even though I'm not. You not saying anything to them, says something to me.' she said. Then she pulled her arm away from me and stormed off into her room with Shawn. 

So much for not messing up again.
