Chapter 16

*Matthew's POV*

I left the hotel because I couldn't stand even being in the same building as Shawn and Riley. I decided to take a walk and saw the girl I kissed from the meet up a couple days ago. I remembered Riley accusing me of making out with her instead of going to the date. I started talking to Alicia. I forgot how pretty she is. Since Riley thinks I made out with her why not do it. She doesn't believe I didn't do it so now she isn't lying when she says I made out with Alicia. Out of the blue I kissed her on the street. We kissed and she wrapped her arms around my neck. We were making out when I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was Shawn. He must have seen me making out with Alicia. He looked pissed. 

"I didn't hit Carter but you better believe I'm going to hit you." he said.

"I will give you a count of three... 3" he said and slapped me as hard as he could across the face. By now Alicia had walked away. 

"What the hell was that for?" I screamed.

"You hurt my baby sister. And it's not even the first time." said Shawn.

"It was all a mistake and she doesn't like me anymore so what's the point?" I said.

"If she didn't like you do you really think that she would spend like 3 hours getting ready. She let her hair out and put on makeup for you dude. She never does that stuff."

"You are making me feel worse."

"You should feel bad. You are the one who planned the date, how could you forget the date."

"I don't know. Is there any way she will forgive me?"

"She has been in our room crying non stop for hours. And you were here making out with a fan that she knew you liked. If I tell her she is going to be devastated forever. I think you should tell her. Sure she would be upset but it is better hearing it from you rather than me." Shawn told me.

"I know. I feel horrible." 

"You can't feel horrible if you were here making out with some girl. Matt, I love you like a brother but you messed up bad this time. You need to fix this."
