Chapter 13

*Matthew's POV*

I can't believe she kissed Carter and not me. Ya sure I kissed a fan but that's a fan. It had no meaning behind it because I just met her. She was pretty but not my type. Riley and Carter had history. He was on top of her for god sake. Deep down inside I think she likes Carter. He was her first kiss. No one forgets their first kiss. And the only reason they stopped kissing was because Shawn stopped them. They would have kissed forever if it wasn't for him. I knew my brain would explode with all these thoughts so I decided to pull her out into the hall and asked her about it.

"Hey Matt" she said.

"Hi Riley"

"So what's up?" 

"Why did you kiss Carter? I thought we had something going on."

"Umm your the one who kissed a fan first." she said her voice rise with her starting to get mad.

"I didn't have a choice you did and you picked Carter."

"But you kissed a fan." she practically yelled.

"Like I said I didn't have choice." 

"I'm done arguing with you Matt."

"Fine, let me at least make it up to you."

"How do you expect to do that?" she questioned.

"Lets go out to dinner. Like a date. How about the 7th."

"Fine, you win." Riley said.

"Yay!" I cheered.

"Don't get used to it Espinosa." she said with a wink.

I gave her all of the information about the date and we went back inside.
